Hmmm...you can do what I do then. I seen a man park in a handicapped spot. He got out of his car and it was clear there was nothing visibly wrong with him. So I ran him over. I made an honest man out him.
Of course I said that just joking. But you have a point. If a person is not in some way disabled then don't take up the handicapped spot. There are people that are disabled that truly need those spots that are closer. People need to think. Is it really fair for them to take a handicapped spot when they are perfectly ok. And then make someone that truly needs it walk halfway across the parking lot struggling every step.

I understand the frustration as it does happen; however, you cannot always tell if someone is handicapped just by their appearance.

As far as parking to avoid my car being hit; a handicapped spot is the last place I would park. I wouldn't want the person in the next handicapped spot be unloading a wheelchair or someone disabled that might hit my car. I just park further away and walk. The exercise is good for any of us.

The people that are too lazy to put their shopping carts in the designated area bothers me too. Ever have you car hit by a runaway buggy on a windy day. I have and businesses don't cover the damage to you car because some thoughtless person was too lazy to walk a few feet and put their shopping cart where it belongs.

Vandalism in exchange for illegal parking. You are a even bigger moron than the one who illegally parked.

The people defending those who park in handicapped spaces must be the lazy, inconsiderate, overweight, pill popping, Obama Zombies drawing that check, but don't have the time or energy to walk a little bit. It's a shame that Louisa is not the only place where law enforcement is scared to take on Wal Mart over this issue. If there is not a handicapped license plate, or a tag hanging from their windshield mirror, they are in violation of the law, handicapped or not. I bet us citizens could stop this, or at least slow it down a bit, if we were to hand out our brand of justice. Just remember, you are on camera. Be smart. Spread the word that we are going to stand up for people who think they are better than everyone else, especially people with disabilities.

i was totally thinking the same thing, if i caught that bitch scratching up my truck, i would make sure she walked funny herself
you dont see as many truly HANDICAPPED people as there are stickers
however you dont know if just because a person can walk a straight line that they dont have some other type of handicap
but i agree, park a little farther away
i am technically handicapped myself, but i dont use a sticker and i park farther away and walk
therefore, getting a little extra exercise

let me see if I understand you correctly: 1. you don't want people who aren't handicapped to park in handicapped spots. 2. its reported and mgt there wont do anything about it. 3. police may, or may not do anything for punishment. usually not. 4. someone gives an idea that we can do that would help get the point across, and you're against that. am I correct? ok, what would be good? buy them an ice cream cone? carry their fat check drawing a-s to their new high dollar vehicle? if we cant carry them, should we put them in a cart and push them to their car. maybe that's something Obama can do to create jobs? Carrying self centered rude law breaking citizens because they are too lazy to walk. we are gonna stop it by any means necessary. obey f'n parking laws, or have good auto insurance. I know a guy who saw that when he was going in, and bought a dozen eggs. he busted every one on the car in the hot summer sun. justified in my book. use your imagination. now listen to the big tuffies tell what they are going to do for breaking laws intended to help disabled people. you wont have to do all that big talking if you would park and walk like most of us do.

Wrong, I am no way defending anybody who breaks the law. As for me being lazy, inconsiderate pill popping, obama zombie, no I drive a tractor trailor cross country far from that you mentioned. A little overwieght yes. I never in my life parked in a Handicapped parking space. I do respect the handicapped. I just said its a little more moronic to serve a jail sentence over something that would get the other person only a parking ticket or possible vehicle towing.

first, i am not talking about those who are truly and visibly handicapped such as those in wheelchairs, etc, i am talking about those who you might not realize are, epileptics, diabetics heart patients etc
they may need to park closer to go in to pick up medicine etc
you cant look at someone and judge what is or isnt wrong with them
i do not justify criminal acts such as scratching someones car up over a parking spot
just go ahead and throw eggs at someones car or scratch it and you will most likely be seen and charged with a crime and all for what
because someone else broke the law
so its ok for you to do it but not them

Do you realize what an idiot you sound like taking up for lazy azz punks that are to lazy to park in a non handicap space just so they won't get their shiny ride dinged. This other person suggested to this lady that she would make her walk funny well she got called out on it by Betty.By the way Betty if you read this I suggest instead of key scratch which doesn't look accidental that you Just let go of a shopping cart really hard and oh well oops sh*t happens.

I agree that it is wrong for people to park in handicapped spots just to keep from walking a little distance. I also agree that people should put the shopping carts where they belong, but just as bad as those people are the ones who will stop and wait for someone to back out of a spot so they can get it, holding up all the other vehicles. Just pure laziness is what most of it is!

Do you know that if someone has a heart problem, diabetic etc that they can still get a paper filled out by their dr and take it to their clerks office and get a handicapped sticker. They are free so there are no excuse for anyone that needs one not to have one.If you don't have the sticker or a license plate don't park in a handicap parking place plain and simple.

handicapped people need these spots. these spots are specially designed for them to exit their vehicles and enter places of buisness..these spots are not for people with red shiny trucks...chargers...cameros... or harleys. i would think that if they were? there would be a hot rod icon next to the handicapped icon. please be considerate of outhers.
