I hate to tell you but anyone that got their check approved through this Daughterty judge will probably be having a full blown C.D.R due to Daughterty approved almost every case that went before him.So really it don't matter if you had Conn,Kirk or any of the other disability lawyers get prepaired now to be getting your letter in the mail.

<quoted text>Not true! Lot's of people have gotten their 3 year CDR Letters already. A lot have gotten them several times ( every three to seven years) Most came back with good news.
They WILL be looking at a high rate of clients from 2006 to 2011. If you have a Facebook page, Etc.. have a ATV, have gotten hunting/fishing license ( your SS Number is turned in when you get these).. The biggest is DR APT'S. If you see your Dr every month. Not every other month. If you have more than one Dr. To late to run to the Dr now though. You're right in a way. They were 'legit' clients and the SSA knows this. SSI drawers will be under the microscope the most. Maybe a few SSDI .. IDK!
Who cares? The system is gone in two years anyway. Better be weaning off those pills.
Crime rate will soar in KY and WV. ER's will be so full of people coming off meds. Start buying guns and big dogs now!
Stupid f'ing Eric and that Judge. Hope they are shot and killed. No law against hoping or wishing.
So what are you doing now Tick, tick, tick arguing with yourself? You are a first class dumbazz.

Stop spreading misinformation. The SSA is not shutting down in two years. What will happen is that there will be a 20% reduction in current benefits to everyone getting a check, and future beneficiaries will not receive as much money.

The only time Facebook pages are reviewed, or someone goes and sits in your bushes, is when someone files a complaint with OIG suggesting that a beneficiary is committing fraud or is working while collecting benefits.

Bingo !!!! I think they said on CSPAN or 60 Minuets that 25% nationwide didn't need disability and another 20% were questionable.

I don't know how this will affect the "LEGIT" clients of ECC.

I clicked the link posted and found this ________Daugherty Awarded More Than $2.5 Billion in Benefits in the Last Years of His
Career. Judge Daugherty moved an unusually large number of disability cases through the
agency and awarded an unusually high percentage of disability benefits. Over a nearly seven
year period, from 2005 to his retirement in mid-2011, Judge Daugherty awarded disability.

So,is it clients from 2005 to mid 2011 or 2006 up like on CSPAN?

Good luck to the people who truly need disability.

To those working under the table and receving this or got it because mom and dad were on it all their lives and just can't read. You really need to get kicked off. Oh, and all those on SSI and living with others on SSI. It's called "Other means of income" and is fraud!

Well, i guess it's from 2006 to Mid-2011

Judge Provided “DB Lists” to Conn Law Firm. From at least June 2006 to July 2010,
Judge Daugherty telephoned the Conn law firm each month and identified a list of Mr.
Conn’s disability claimants to whom the judge planned to award benefits. Judge Daugherty
also indicated, for each listed claimant, whether he needed a “physical” or “mental” opinion
from a medical professional indicating the claimant was disabled. Over the four year period
reviewed, from 2006 to 2010, the monthly list identified between 14 and 52 disability
claimants each time for at least 1,823 claimants. Conn Law Firm personnel referred to the
monthly list as the “DB List” for David B. Daugherty.

<quoted text>True! It will hit the people on SSI the worst. From what i understood from the hearing on CSPAN if you had Eric from 2006 to 2010 ... get ready to loose your check or have a bull blown CDR Review. Also, the link below states from 2006 to late 2010.

I believe they wont lose their checks, But there might be a review, they might have a re-evaluation of their medical conditions, have to see a new doctor and have their information updated, I doubt many will really lose their benefits.
Afterall, they werent the ones who were committing these frauds, that was the lawyers, judges, etc.

Agreed, it would cost millions to reevaluate all of them, cheaper to just catch them on their regular reevaluation cycle. They will probably got after the lawyers, judges and Doctors and tighten up the system for the new applicants, from this point on.
You have to know that some of those people had their own Doctors and did not use the ones recruited by Conn. Why waste millions when you have to do the 3rd year evaluation anyway?
2015 the whole disability system runs out of money, I imagine they will be making some changes to the system then for sure!

And I also doubt that the SS or SSI program will run out of money.
This is just more propaganda.
If for example, they cut out one or two or three or four worthless good for nothing wars, they might be able to begin taking care of the American people, bring back some jobs, help dis-placed workers find new careers, and make America a great nation looked up to by the world once again.
But they dont want it that way, they want the extremely wealthy, vs. the extremely poor.
If they do away with the program, it wont be due to lack of money, it will be due to them wanting to keep it for their own selfish needs.

LMFAO ... ECC isn't going anywhere. He did/does what a lawyer is supposed to do. Yes, more SS lawyers and ALJ's do the same thing. Just not caught yet. The OIG even said so. 40% of people NATIONWIDE don't need SSI according to the OIG.
Hell, the SSA Dr's they use are there to say you ARE NOT disabled. So, what's the difference with them then ECC's Dr's? Not a thing!
They (SSA) knows who keeps Dr Apt's every month and who hunts and fishes. Oh, believe me, they do now.
A selete few better be worried, and they know who they are.

Well, I hired Eric as a lawyer and i'm dropping him as a lawyer because they've been on my case for 3 years and nothing has been accomplished. When I first started going in 2011 it was like a drive thru at a fast food joint, now you can go in any time of the day and been seen with in 30 minutes, This tells me people are letting him go as an attorney...
