i was going to do that also and when i told them to come out they said ok then i thought i should ask if it will only be 299 they yes i said so thats all i will be charged period ...they said there is a fee to bring it out and that was like 500 lol i said no thank you
What were you expecting? They would ship you a huge pool for free? I've had 3 pools. Although I didn't get my final pool from them I purchased one about the same size. It cost us 18,000. We had to prepare the site. We had to pay to ship it out. When all was said and done we spent 25,000. We love our pool. But I wish I had gone with a Blue World. Our friends did and they don't pay hardly anything to maintain theirs. People are always wanting something for nothing. The 299 poll cost 2500 any place else. I know we've had those as well. And it cost a heck of allot more to set that one up to. If you're too cheap to get a pool. Go to the local places to swim. Stop bashing something you have never had. I get the same damn thing when people expect me to fix their plumbing for $50. No concept of money

I started to have 1 of there salesman come over and give me some info on that 299.00 deal for a purchase. While I was on the phone, the fellow on the other end told me the only way you could get that deal was to let the salesman have 90 minutes of your time.I told him he could nt get s#$% of my time because wal mart offers the same size pool for 450.00 and they will replace it no matter what.I told him they did not want irritate everyone to buy something they could not afford either.I went with wal mart and the pool was bigger and better, but you have to do the work yourself. It takes awhile, but if you take your time, you ll love it!!
There's no way you got the same size pool from Wal-Mart. That's bs. I've seen their pools. It's night and day. Wal-Mart pools fall apart. Theirs are quality. And yes I own one. Yes I paid 21K. It's an awesome pool. Any one like it goes for 30K easy. Dumb people love to cry over crap they don't know about

The point is that blue world takes advantage of their customers. They lure them in with false hope just to get in their homes. They are worse than a sales rep of a timeshare. They say $299, but when they come to your home, they only want to talk about the expensive models. And when you say no about 20 times, then they make it impossible for you to own the cheaper model. They say that your land has to be perfectly level, sand down, and if you have to remove or place dirt in your area, you must wait six months. They want to see your deed, blah blah blah. Then, you do all that, but they still own you!!
Now, if they treat potential customers that way, imagine how real customers are treated!!
And WHY would someone spend $25 k on an above ground pool, when you can buy a kit for an in-ground plus the labor for that? I was looking at a lagoon size last year for around $10 k for the kit.

Has anyone actually had a lein placed on their home? What does that mean, exactly? And how would it be removed if it were placed? I don't have the pool yet, but I signed the contracts. I tried to cancel, but Kevin Fisher coerced me into not canceling and only paying 8000 instead of 20000 and now that I don't have the money for the rest of the down payment, he is saying that if I don't pay the rest of the down payment by sept 1, I would be responsible for half of the original contract of 20000. In order to cancel the contract, I will need to pay 2640.

This is crazy. My friend fell for this crap saying she only has to pay 8000.00 for a 20000.00 pool. How do you go from 299 to 8000 discounted from 20000. I have a nice in ground pool spa and water wall with Hayward equipment for a grand total of 23000.00 . No way a above ground pool is worth 3 thousand less than mine. I hope she doesn't go through with it.

Get a lawyer. You were stupid to begin with by signing. Let someone with a brain get you out of it.

Blue world pool is a total ripoff I've been waiting on them to fix something on my pool for months but that's ok because they will be hearing from my lawyer soon . I will put them on blast on every social media I could think of. This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life.

Unfortunatesly they have you sign a paper that says you will not take part in any class action lawsuits. I was scammed by them also, bc they recorded over phone conversations I had with them and now I am afraid they are going to forge my name to a paper that I refused to sign. They wanted me to sign a paper saying that they could add to the price fo the pool after the contract was signed. I refused to sign that paper, did not refuse to pay for the pool, but they called and threatened me bc I wouldn't sign it. I too am just waiting for them to do something fraudulent that I can prove and my attorney will be all over them. If there is anything I can do to help you with a lawsuit just let me know. I am more than wiling to get this place closed down!
I am in the same boat, everything people are saying is true! In the process of trying to find a resolution and keep my house, mind you the pool was never even delivered!

The pool that is 299$ is a different pool from the one that is 20,000$. You are spouting off without knowing anything. The expensive pool has a pump and filtration system which erase the need for chemicals. How much per year do you spend on chemicals? Can you imagine never shocking, never adding chloring, and all the while having a pool with cleaner, healthier water, because it doesn't have a bunch of cancer causing chemicals in it anymore? The pool pays for itself in chemical costs alone. So that's how it's 3000$ less than your pool.
