I started to buy this pool last summer, myself and at least five of my neighbors. I called several times, and every time there was a different reason why they could not make it out. We called for a couple of months, and finally just gave up. They tell one thing and then another. My neighbors even called and could not get an answer out of them. I myself, think it is a scam as well.

I also called about this pool last summer. They kept questioning me about owning my own property and said that they needed to see the deed before they could do anything. What was up with that? Like said before, they kept giving me the run around about sending someone out so I just told them to forget it. I went to Holiday Pools in Huntington. By the time that I had the ground prepared and bought everything I ended up having about $6000 in my pool (without a deck). So, how on earth could they have been selling them for $299. I should have known better from the start.

if you go to their website it clearly stats you need a deed to prove ownership and that you had to prepare your land and if you lived in wv that price was not valid.

i called they checked to make sure i own the land, when they came out that $299 that they were selling, was a lot more, i would have to get my lawyer to check the contract, then take 300,000 dollars of insurance out, and go the GA to get it, and pay them a $1,000, to install, or i could up grade, and that was 27,000 for above ground pool, a in ground would cost less, and that was for a round pool, i was born a night but it was not last night.

Hey everyone who's looking for a good reason to not buy a pool from Blue World- 5 years ago we had answered an ad the same as everyone else, the contract was supposed to be around $7000 BUT after the installation of the pool started we were introduced to hurry the signing process of the contract, during the signing a young man held the contract and only pointed as to where to sign and then informed us it was not important to read right away that if we had any questions we were to ask him, of whom was contracted out like a carpenter, any way the price of the pool was not $7000 it was more like $27,000. We were very upset so we started calling Blue World and got no answers from anyone-they said "all offices were closed for season", in AUGUST!! Our pool stood almost two years and decided it was time to COLLAPSE!!!!!!!!!!We called many times, got nowhere except laughed at and said that was impossible, the pool was guaranteed for 10 years it lasted less than 2. They refused to replace the pool but was more than happy to keep taking our money, finally 6 months later we put a stop payment on our account because no one would return a call or be of any help. That got their attention but we still could not get anywhere with them, if there is a class action lawsuit I would like to know- THANKS
