I am moving into the Pikeville area and I was wondering if there is any place available to rent? I do not know a lot about Pikeville, so any advice would be helpful.

Please do not come onto this post and bash any person, place or thing. I am only looking for a place to rent. I am NOT interested in who is cheating on who, what "so-n-so" did in town, etc. Thank you.

What are you looking for? Two or three bedrooms? I will have a two bedroom available June 1 and possibly a three bedroom June 1. Please let me know when you need a place. It is very hard to find a nice place in city limits. Good luck!!!!

The house is $800 a month. No utilities included. It will be available June 1. No pets, no smoking. I feel the same way, I do not want nasty remarks on here.

I'm currently paying $450 a month in the apartment I'm living in, but I just don't like the building. There is too much going on (i.e. drama) and my family and I don't want to be around what our neighbors are doing. I'm willing to pay $800 a month, but its near the top of our price range :( But like I said, I'm willing to pay that amount.

I'm not familiar with the Chloe area...at least, I'm not SURE if I know the area..lol. Where is Chloe exactly??

If you know where Pikeville Elementary School is; that is Chloe Road. One end is very close to the downtown area; but the road is several miles long and ends at Shelbiana.

me and my husband r looking as well and would like something Housing approved in city limits with utility's paid. A 1 bedroom that it large would be nice . prefer something besides an apartment. but an apt will work also!
or a house with all utility's paid pricing around 600 for 2 bedrooms
