You may not know this, but open enrollment in ObamaCare exchanges begins in just three short months.
You probably donít know if you are required to buy insurance on the exchange, how to even do it ó or what your employer may do once ObamaCare takes full effect.
Worse, enforcement of ObamaCare ó to make sure you comply ó will be handled by the IRS and 17,000 new agents!
At more than 2,700 pages ó with an additional 20,000 pages of regulations (so far)ó ObamaCare is longer than the Bible.
ObamaCare is now even longer than the entire IRS tax code (which is just 7,500 pages)!
Most Americans know little about ObamaCare.
Yet it will affect almost everyone ó the insured, Medicare recipients, business owners, medical professions, taxpayers ó everyone, really.

Today I want to ask you a question. Itís like a game, and one that a conservative can win every time. Ready? Name one law in the history of the United States that does not impose someoneís morality on someone else.
You have more time. This isnít Jeopardy. Keep thinking Ö
Itís OK. You arenít alone. This isnít the lottery, though you have a much better chance of hitting the jackpot there, because you canít win this game, and neither can the left.
A favorite axiom of the left is that you cannot legislate morality. They push this canard, whether you are talking about general criminal laws, abortion laws, drug laws Ė it doesnít matter.
They have built their proverbial temple out of cards, like the separation of church and state. They have virtually no idea the clause doesnít exist in the Constitution.

The Separation Of Church and State

The phrase "separation of church and state" does not appear anywhere in the Constitution. Thomas Jefferson wrote that the 1st Amendment erected a "wall of separation" between the church and the state (James Madison said it "drew a line," but it is Jefferson's term that sticks with us today). The phrase is commonly thought to mean that the government should not establish, support, or otherwise involve itself in any religion.

1st Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Do YOU see "separation of church and state" in there?

The phrase came from the "Federalist Papers" as was used by the Supreme Court" to render a "decision" and that is where people get the misguided notion it's in the Unite States Constitution...
IT'S NOT IN THERE!

The phrase isn't in the Constitution, but the idea is.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ...." the First Amendment

Jefferson wrote, "I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between Church & State."... in a January 1, 1802 letter by Thomas Jefferson, addressed to the Danbury Baptist Association in Connecticut.

Completely agree!

What rebuttal do they have with such important issues such as DOMA?'It was Clinton's'

It's amazing how dumb these people are and they're main concern is everything being 'republican' no matter what the damage to our country is.

Perhaps its to demonstrate the "proof" that our argument is both "valid" and "Sound". Our argument are "logical" and therefore TRUE! Like the debate with wtf about the phrase "separation of church and state.

His argument was proven to be invalid and unsound, therefore it was/is "untrue".

Why do detectives collect evidence?

Why does a judge or jury consider evidence?

A witness like Rachel Janelle can lie...and then be discredited by her own testimony and evidence "presented".

We present "evidence" to support our arguments; that's why we beat you, day after, day after day,day after, day after day,day after, day after day,day after, day after day,day after, day after day,day after, day after day,day after, day after day,day after, day after day,day after, day after day, sorry...had to rub it in.:-)
The fact that you would present that question shows your limited comprehension of how a true argument is won.
