I thought Bush was an oil man.....wait...what?
The economy stalled after the surge in gasoline prices squeezed Americans’ paychecks. Blame Bush for high gas prices. Blame Bush for the economy. Blame Bush for everything the leftist treehugging green weenies butt-sniffers do.
Heck even Clinton knew coal and oil powered our economy. High energy costs means less spending by consumers. Lets see , maybe thats the real reason behind the downslide of the economy.
WAIT...WHAT?????
The president does not control Gas prices. Explain why that oil companies recieve tax payer subsidies while making record profit and prices are higher. As far as coal the downturn in coal stems from cheaper natural gas prices as well as 2 mild winters in a row. WAIT...WHAT????? The president does not control energy prices. WAIT...WHAT????? supply snd demand does.

Thomas J. Pyle is the president of the Institute for Energy Research.

President wages war on coal in the U.S.

During this election season, there has been a highly-charged debate about coal. I have argued that the Obama administration has made significant progress towards fulfilling his 2008 campaign promise of bankrupting the coal industry.

According to data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration, U.S. coal production in the first half of 2012 is down 11 percent compared to the first half of 2007. More importantly, the war on coal is not about production alone. It is also important to consider the proposed federal regulations, which impact both the use and production of this vital energy resource.

<quoted text>What you say just aint true. Lets give Gingrich some credit he worked with Clinton to get things done. I believe Boener would work with Obama but the republicans and the tea party made it impossible.
As for the debt and jobs. Under Obama 6 million jobs have been created. The country was losing 20,000 jobs a day as he took office. You cant cut debt when you pass a record number of spending bills, go into two costly long drawn out wars, and cut your incoming revenue. Thats what happened under Bush. Bush passed record spending cut revenue and that spending was at 5 trillion. New spending under Obama is a 1.4 trillion. So the rise of some of our debt under Obama had to be spent because of spending that had nothing to do with him. The wars still had to be funded some 2 trillion dollars plus the cut in tax revenue. Is Obama great we dont know because insteading of working with a duely elected president this republican party set out from day one to make him fail. Mitch Mcconnel, "Our number one job is to make Obama a one term President". Hate for him has slowed progress.
The differance in me and you is I believe a lot of our problems with slow job growth and a slow economy stem from a downfall in our economy that Obama did not cause. I also believe the slow progress is because the congress on both sides fail to do the will of the people. Then there is the fear mongering and flat out lies from the right. You know your birther crap. You know your Muslim crap. Here is something I find funny. Obamas mom is an american. He was born in the US. Your party wants to run Marco Rubio who born in the US has cuban parents. By the way we have no problem with Rubio other than his policy.
As for Obama/Romney care. Do the research in Mass. Its working very well there and the majority like it. You may not like it and it may not work but lets try to make it work it is the law of the land. Instead you people spread misinformation on it and flat out lies. If when fully implimented it does not work find things to improve on it and make it work. Stop all the Bull sh!t.
I love how nobody on the left will hold Obama accountable for anything. You want to blame congress and the Republicans for not working with him but he came into office promising transparency and to reach across the aisle. He had closed door meetings and shoved Obama care down everyone's throats. Why wouldn't they want to make him a 1 term president.

The President does have some control on prices. He is funding the drilling for Natural Gases. He is making it so permits aren't being issues to mine coal. He is closing down coal fired energy plants. You will see your energy prices sky rocket because of him. Of course you will blame Bush or the Republicans.

two names for ya......Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

That crisis can trace its roots to Bill Clinton’s signature on legislation making it easier for people with bad credit to obtain mortgages. In 1995, he had his Treasury Secretary, Robert Rubin, rewrite the lending rules for the Community Reinvestment Act, opening the flood gates of mortgage lending to unqualified borrowers.

Wow....when confronted by republicans the lefties blocked all legislation to straighten out the housing mess....then it came crumbling down.....Its was Bush's fault that Clinton signed it....It was Bush's fault that the DOW dropped after 9/11....It was Bush's fault again the DOW dropped after the housing collapse....When playing with monoply money it dont spend to well in the real world.....

Informative post for democrats, but they turn a deaf ear to any truth that Nobama hasn't endorsed.

Nobama's hangnail is Bush's fault. The Earthquake that struck Virginia and the District was caused by what Nobama named the "Bush Fault".

Nobama's mate Michelle "Secretariat" is fugly....Bush's fault.

It was Bush's fault that they attacked us on 911 after we attacked them the day that Clinton's mistress was to testify. I guess that is Bush's fault too.

Need proof that NObama Supporters are true idiots? At last night's State Of The Union Address, Emperor O clearly relayed a message of More Spending and Larger Government through and through. That means more spending of monies the Federal Government already does NOT have
and it means empowering the Federal Gov't. even more when it's already too large and reaching into too many aspects of things it has no business being in. But to these mindless Obama Drones, none of this matters..they will continue to worship him without question while turning a blind eye to every failure he carries out. Last night's SoTUA
confirmed that America is indeed in dire trouble.

Kentucky is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to education, Yet you still support guys like Mitt Romeny LMFAO

It says a whole lot about society when the top states in education, which are also the wealthiest states all vote 'blue' educate yourselves before its too late...

I just gave you my argument, check the blue states, then check southern 'red' states. See which ones are doing great, and see which ones need those government hand outs that liberals keep giving everyone. For the record I don't support Obama, I'm a Gary Johnson guy. However I am educated enough to have my own reasons, and not bullshit fox news spoon feeds me.

It isn't much of an argument. The major part of the problem with where I am from is geography and infrastructure. Look at Louisville, It has 2 interstates going through it and 1 four lane that connects it to Cincy. In SE KY the mountains make it hard to have that kind of infrastructure and we can't get the funding to help. Some of our representatives have tried. Now Obama is trying to kill one of the major industries that we have. Anyone in KY would be stupid to support Obama. We get too much funding from coal.

Ol Joe's just another Nobama suck who wants "FREE STUFF". All those dependant and uneducated low lifes are Nobama sucks.

He is so DAMN predictable. How many trillions of times will the handwringing nutcases try to resort to that bull sh*t? They all, for lack of a credible reason to LOVE and Worship the imposter Nobama, resort to pulling out the old tattered and worn out 'RACE' card. actually, it reminds me of a statistic:

NO country in recorded history, over the entirety of planet Earth, has prospered or even survived for any extended period of time, under black rule.

I'm convinced that the left loons continued bashing of Whites and trying to shove the race of nobama down our throats, has created a brand new generation of Whites and Asians who are forced to become racist or subserviant to agitating blacks.
