Here is your first case to start!I was arreted in the court house 3 weeks after I filed a warrent for a man for attacking me with my 3 year old son in my care.2 days before he was arraigned he had me arrested on the same charge.I filed my complaint with the federal. Now you tell me how you would feel?

A topic other than personal that effects everybody is taxes. 70's through 2008, the economy was good, times were good, it was easy to get carried away with expensive projects and lay on the taxes to support them. I mean every agency! Before we go any further with this every property owner needs to look at there tax tickets from 10 years ago on property taxes, also personal property as on cars when you pay your yearly registration.

We are in hard times now and will need to start funding essential services only, bare bones budgets to match the reality of the current coal economy.

i am all for organizing the citizens, but really what good is it going to do?
wasnt it only just a few years ago that busloads of coalminers and their supporters went to washington??
wearing their green shirts.
did it help any?
no, most of those miners have been laid off since, i happen to know about 5 or more of them who have been laid off for a long time.
changed jobs, only to be laid off again.
and the ones who are working are job scared.
i dont know what the answer is.
wish i had a better subject to add.
nothing to lose

If there are no jobs? The economy is already in the tank. There is no chance of getting it back anytime soon?I would say the best thing for everyone concerned?Would be to organize, speak out, protest and file complaints with the FBI,Homeland Security and the US Marhall Service about all your concerns. The federal government is in debt really bad.The state is looking for state side reasons? The federal is also looking and we all know that the county seats are all crooked in 1 form or another.Just look in the next WV county over and all those people were on first name basis with our bunch. What do you think those conversations consisted of?
Huh

Stay with this hopefully that bus load of coal miners will join in , people are so afraid of Pikeville old money I see you backing down already ,we have to get some back bone and tough skin.we will all stand together and if we do anything we will have to show our faces, so lets gain enough strength and then jump off the computer and truly come alive.

Looks like ill have to set a day and speak at the court house all day, then see if any one will stand with me. I'm not afraid, I'm willing to stand up for every body but it will not have any effect if I'm alone. Someone once said together we stand divided we fall.weve already fallen lets try standing.

Not a good idea to bring those letters to the table, puts us in a lower class , it's all in presentation,we wouldn't want people to think we're prejudice .
