Eric had my sisters case for 5 years and when she appealed it again they talked her into dropping the appeal said the judge said that he wouldn't never approve her until she filed again, they talked her into signing away 5 years back pay, you think that's a great Attorney

If you sign with Eric then your stuck with Eric, No mater how bad he might screw your case up because no other attorney will touch your case once you sign with Eric. Don't go to Eric thinking your going to get special tips or special advice on bettering your chances, you will probably never see Eric. At best you will probably only get to talk to a minimum wage paid employee of Eric's because it is my belief that Eric is nothing more than a boiler plate operation. Boiler plate operation as in there's about 6 or more trays with forms in them. Tray number 1 contains step number 1 The sign up form, You go in to Eric's sign form number 1 and they lick and seal the envelope and send it off, you get turned down, you go back to Erics and sign form number 2 from tray number 2, They lick and seal the envelope and send it off, you get turned down again, you go back to Eric's and sign the form number 3 from tray number 3, they lick and seal the envelope and send it off, this goes on and if your lucky by tray no. 6 or so, you get your disability after years of this procedure. If you don't get your disability by tray no. 6 or so then it was all for nothing, no back pay no nothing (or so this seams to have been said by one of Erics workers,(((never could get a straight answer from the worker but lost the years in back pay anyway))) so you did all the leg work going from doctor to doctor for nothing. This happened at Eric's, And you start all over again.
There is no behind the scenes work going on and no special attention going on. Your nothing but a number as in if you walk in the 23rd person on Thursday the 12th of 2010 and sign up, your number 23 12th 2010. Just guessing that if you sign up with this guy and get your disability then you could have probably gotten it on your own anyway. Just be sure you your ready to be stuck with this guy because once you sign with him no one else will ever fool with you no matter how bad Eric's office workers may screw up your case. And it will be the office workers that screws up your case if it is screwed up. In fact I doubt you will ever see Eric and he will probably never know you existed.

You need an attorney who is "in the loop". He provides "videos" that inform you of what symptoms/ailments that you must possess to qualify. Then you make sure you present yourself with that list of symptoms/complaints, followed by a few visits to his doctors, have hearings in his office and Sha-zam! You have your social security! He has as system that runs like a well oiled machine.

I signed up with Eric C. Conn, went to all my Dr visits, made sure I got all my records from the past in and I got my full disability in less than a year so I will never say anything bad about him or his staff, they always treated me with respect. So if you ask me YES Eric C.Conn gets the job done.

well first of all the only thing rand paul is going to get you ignorant f*ckers is loss of your much needed food stamps if you are low income.eric conn has made alot of connections over the years i am sure but from what i seen of him he just did good work...he took a social security doctor's findings used it against them at the final hearing and won..period...no underhanded sh*t no goofy nothing he just read the report, thats it.you have to remember though he has alot of clients, alot and really you are just another number in the paper basket and yes,he does have some dumb-*as women working for him that all they do is push paper but they do not need a law degree to do that.conn law office is a huge law machine,he is really good but you might get it quicker somewhere else just because of the case load but he has just hired another former law judge..

Judging by his full page ad in the NewExpress; it seems that Mr. Conn may be concerned about his continued ability to get SSI for his clients, but most of all concerned about his payday.

He's managed to get most everyone in the area on the draw so I guess he is getting worried. What sickens me is there are people who may really need it and I hear this man can get anyone a check. That is what is wrong with our country today and has been for many years. Fraud!

Seems the system may be getting a clue. There are far too many people who abuse the system. I heard of one lady who cannot possibly work so gets SSI but she volunteers at a local thrift store where her kid works.

i agree people abuse the system but what can you do? it was there for me and i thank god...i would much rather be working getting a whole hell of alot more money but if you cant give somebody a honest days work then it is there, but if you need to get on it you better get in gear and get somebody to help you get it because they may really tighten it to where it will be alot tougher to get...
