Nice lady, I know, but not as clerk. Her office is too inefficient. This poll is about her job only, I have no problem with her personally.

There needs to be term limits set on elected officials, whether it be loacl, state or federal.

She abuses her position just like several others that hold public office in this corupt little town.

Example:
A few years ago I saw her park her car in a handicapped parking spot of a local merchant. Granted,...she did have the h/c tag that hangs on the mirror, BUT,..... she got out and walked in this store faster than I did.

Didn't seem too handicapped to me?

LPE is complacent being in office for as long as she has been in office when you go to the clerks office the staff & LPE herself is rude and unfriendly I think by far she is out of touch with the county and should not seek another term

She should retire and enjoy life. She has served the county and it is time for someone new to step up. Not any of the girls who work in that department though. I went early on morning and no one was there so I walked up to the first window open and the lady told me to go back an get in line. I did and listened to her and another women stand there for 3 minutes (I timed it by the clock on their wall) and talk about what they did the previous evening. I am a tax payer who helps pay their wages and my time was important to me because I needed to get to work. It is time to clean house and change is needed in the driver's license department also.

Also, what was LPE doing driving the county auto on Sunday when she had the wreck. Tax payers providing car, insurance and gas for county people to drive where ever they want. Don't all of us working tax payers wish we could get someone to buy our gas?

There comes a time to retire, when your age and the age of your entire staff starts effecting productivity, move it on out...I never go to the Pike county office to tag anything, I always go to Floyd County where it takes about 5 minutes.

So what if she come over on the Mayflower, at least we are not having to pay her retirement. Do you know how much the retirement is for 100 years of sevice?

It would take the coal severance for every year she lives at her retirement rate..We get by cheaper if the crypt keeper stays!

Her and Fuzzy must be trying to set a record, the longest time in office! You get better service out in the satellite clerks office's. Especially the one in floyd county and up in Elkhorn. Mummified politicians are a Pike County enigma, die in office and still keep your job....lol

That would be funny if it wasn't true.. The people here keep voting these old, needed to retire 30 yrs ago ppl right back in office....Every Office there needs a complete "house cleaning" start fresh with new faces and new ideas, then and only then will Pike County begin to grow and prosper with other "big cities"

Lillian isn't a bad person, but like Fuzzy, they need to let go so the county can progress away from their reign. They hold the county back.

Who in the heck is Cullen Hall? Sounds like a made up name to me. Lillian has done a great job for Pike Co. She is still going strong!

They don't even try to help in that office, getting an out of state car registered or a title only done is like pulling teeth. The satellite clerks are much better when it come to anything like antique tags or stuff that may be not an everyday trans action. Rude and won't do it because they are incompetent in some area's of the job.
