An old man has been assaulted at Harold, but the police refuse to do anything about. The old man knows who it was and even the police at the scene acknowleded that they knew who it was. Yet, they have done nothing. The old man hass been robbed over and over and mostly by the same individuals. It is the Thompson brothers that have been doing the robbing and assault. Cory Thompson has robbed this old man and also has threatened the old man. The police said he was in jail now, but his brother did the assault recently.

The old man's family is making sure that someone is there 24/7 with the old man now. But still, justice has not been done.

Is it around the mouth of toler? I heard something about that supposedly it was another person talked about on topix. Did they tie him up? Or did i get this confused with another incident?

They did not tie him up. The Thompson guy sprayed the old man with mace. Thompson wrestled with the old man knocking furniture and stuff around. Thompson tried to get his wallet, but when he failed he ran out. They took the old man to the hospital, but he was not seriously hurt. A police report was filed, but as far as I know, Thompson was not arrested. Apparently he is the brother of a Corey Thompson. It is also true that Corey supposedly threatned the old man several times. I hear that Corey is in jail. The assault happened at Harold, but the family doesn't want any more information released other than the name of the person who did this. Not really sure what Thompson's first name is, but I am sure the family wants this guy behind bars.

Not sure. I think the Hamilton man was not tied up. I think it was one of Thompson boys that got the Hamilton man. They sprayed him with mace. Seems like a lot of robberies are going on.

I know the family is keeping someone at the Hamilton man's house 24 hours a day. Sometimes there is someone there even if there is no other vehicles there. If they show up and tried to rob the man again, they will have a surprise waiting on them. I don't think these punks can handle what will be waiting for them this time. They WILL get what they deserve on way or another. These robbers are targets now!

Is this old man capable of pulling a trigger? If the FCSO or KSP will not do anything about this, then shoot the SOB's the next time they show up. Do not let this continue while you wait for the police to do something. Most of the time the police are too busy trying to pick up teenage girls at the gas stations anyway.

You are right. A family has gotten someone to watch the old man 24/7. One member of the family has also gotten involved himself. He is tracking these punks who did this and is keeping an eye on them. They have no idea that they have become the hunted. He won't likely do anything as long as they stay away from the old man's property, but the moment they come onto the property, they won't be walking away from it. Oh, this family memeber has had military training and I'll just leave it at that.

It is sad that the police aren't doing anything. From what I understand the old man knows who attacked him and told the police who it was. The police even affirmed they knew who it was. So, why aren't they going after this man. I know that may not be enough to arrest someone, but at least pick the guy up and let a jury decide if he is guilty or not.

This is indeed a very sad story and what makes it all so much worse is the lack of Police involvement (if it is true to begin with of course). I think I myself may have handled things a bit differently though and would not have published too many details on this forum. No, instead I would have laid a snare/trap in an effort to get this criminal trash to return there once I had prepared for them.. and then let the chips fall where they may. We can't always count on the American legal system to provide us due Justice and in certain instances we MUST enter the fray ourselves so to speak and extract our own Justice as we see fit. This case/
story sounds like the perfect example of where someone may have to take the Law into their own hands so to put a stop to the abuse of and criminal acts toward this elderly man and if so, I wish you the best in doing
whatever you feel you may have to.

Well, these punks will be caught eventually, or they'll wind up on the wrong end of a gun. I'm sure they are robbing other people as well. They're welcome to try robbing me anytime. Come on punks!

Uh...I know the Hamilton man at Harold and I know the Thompson boys. Shorty Hamilton deserves everything he gets. I would rather hang out with dirty thieves than a piss-soaked old man who pays underage girls to feel their breasts. I personally watched the old man feel a woman's boobs in front of her 3 year old daughter. If I were the people on this forum, I wouldn't be throwing stones, cause if you're involved with any of these people, you ain't no better

That is funny! That was exactly what one of the people who threatened MR. Hamilton said. Hmmm...appears we have found one of the guilty party. Seems that whenever one of the "family" investigates and gets close to one of the thieves, it appears they bring that same accusation up. Oh, there was another witness to the incident that you mentioned. Let's just say that sometimes people are there and you don't know it. If you witnessed this so call incident, why did you just stay in the one room? Oh, if you are so sure of yourself why don't you bring charges against the old man. Or are you afraid that charges will be brought against you? You know, it isn't the first time that someone used a woman to trick the old man. Hmmm...you do know that the house is being watched 24 hours a day and that a certain family member has connections...and I don't mean immediate family. This person has resources beyond your imagination. So, yes, some are throwing stones, but I would not want to be on the receiving end of these stones.

Oh, since you know the Thompson boys so well, then you know them to be the thieves that they are. You know that their days are numbered. The best thing for them is for them to go to prison. They will be safer there. It is only a matter of time before they rob the wrong person. You live by the sword you will die by the sword.
