It takes a down right pussy to throw a fit over somebody trapping animals. I'm a hunter and I assure you there is no difference between hunting and killing an animal and trapping then killing it. Do you think the dang animal feels emotion or has a dang thought process? Let me know the next time you have a conversation with an animal and it tells you it wishes people wouldn't hunt or trap. People that screw with hunting/trapping equipment should be arrested for vandalism. As for you doing anything like that, I highly doubt it. It takes a bigger pussy to get on here and brag about doing it.

Well said 'hunter'. Like you said, he is just blowing as I am sure he is to fat and lazy to get off the couch, let alone climb up and down a hill or riverbank!

dont people understand the damage that beavers can do.
they are rodents
they are no better than big giant rats
so for all those bitching about this guy trapping the pests, well leave him your address and when he catches them, he can drop them off at your house.

I agree i'll never understand how anyone can get any enjoyment out of trapping an animal and killing it. I have nothing against people that hunt for food/clothes thats nature, the ones that hunt for sport for the sheer pleasure of putting a head on a wall or for profit are sick people indeed. Sport hunting hmm! I've broken a few traps that i've found on my land in my day. Still dont feel bad about it and never will

These retards watch Disney and think the little animals communicate and have feelings. Basically too f'n stupid to be out in public. The best way to protect your traps is with motion activated cameras. They even come in weather roof boxes now. Prosecute the F out of any thieving sob destroying your property. It's always better if you can hide and catch them. Stagger load your shot gun with nonlethal rounds followed by buckshot rounds. You can remove the buckshot and replace with rock salt if you really want to teach them a lesson about F'n with stuff that does not belong to them.

Thank you..great point! This year, as in years past, I have received calls and was invited to their property to remove beaver that were damaging their fruit trees along the creek bank. In one case, over one weekend, two 15 plus year old Bradford Pear trees were dropped by beaver within yards of the owners driveway.

I have a large collection of traps I've confiscated in the woods. I always look for game cams too and keep the ones close to a trap. Too many hunting dogs and pets have died terrible deaths in those SOB's chicken shit traps. The law requires you to check those traps every 24 hours. Do that and I might find you at the scene.

So you can tell whether or not somebody has been there in the last 24 hours? You are some detective. How would you like it if somebody went in the hills and saw your camera sitting around and stole it along with your tree stand and blind? I mean you weren't around and the said person doesn't like people who hunt so they just stole it all. I bet you'd be real happy about it.

I started this forum to maybe get some information about my traps and to let HONEST folks know that their are thieves among us; however, have additionally brought out that we are overrun with VANDALS as well (which are worse than thief s, because they only destroy that they don't own!). No that I feel I have to defend myself, I will say all my traps are tagged, checked once, sometimes twice a day and are all water sets, where pets aren't threatened.

its not just simple vandalism its bleeding heart bunnyhuggers...they think they can do whatever they want.....catch one and prosecute them...some deer cams and trap cost enough to make it a felony....heck these dumbazzez are even admitting it here online...if you can prove they are near your location then your attorney can get a court order for ip addreses for further proof....

That makes a difference. I have a problem with those who set steel leg traps intended to catch coyotes and bait them with roadkill where I have lost three dogs. I have found what look to be canine carcases that have slowly starved to death. My anger is directed at those who trap indiscriminately and I will report them if I can identify them. I have no issue with legitimate trappers who obey the law. We all have a right and I obey all laws of WV and nature when out there. I respect all who do.

nice backtracking...obeying the law and all......smh....getting angry and stealing is two different things.....reporting violations is within the law and not what you stated earlier...
