Milk, Inc. is a new one on me as well, MC because I'd never heard (of) them either. I know one thing though, the brunette female in the duo is a doll, heh.
Here's a band I love doing a cover of another band I love, LOL! The spoken intro about hanging out with Jim Dandy is awesome too because I myself have a great "Hanging Out With Jim Dandy" story from an evening I spent in his company as well but it's too incriminating to share here (but I do have polaroids) ha!

Aha!!

I, too, have a Jim Dandy story.

Phone 3 Lounge was this tiny, dinky little bar on First Street in Richmond, and BOA played there TWICE in 1985. The first time drew a sizable crowd, but the next visit by them was on a bitter cold night, so there wasn't hardly anyone there except me and about 6 of my co-workers. We worked a couple of streets over and decided to take the show in after work.

Jim Dandy bought us all drinks of our choice, mine was a Long Island Iced Tea, lol......aaah, good times indeed!!

Awesome, MC. I was manager at Pikeville's indie music store Rock & Roll Heaven when Black Oak Arkansas was playing at the MAC (Mtn. Arts Ctr. in Prestonsburg) and he came to the store where we ended up hanging out all day and "partaking" of various chemicals and substances (I quit drinking alcohol in 1988 and haven't touched a drop since). Despite already having tickets to the gig, Jim Dandy gave me a VIP pass and we ended up hanging out all night after the show too.

BTW - I have played at Phone 3 before, man. Some friends of mine had a band named Timekeeper that played there regularly and I was in from MD. once and I took the stage with them and did vocals on a couple of their originals and a cover of Corrosion Of Conformity's "Clean My Wounds".

Actually, I don't think I have until now. I saw Seether once way back when..when no one in the U.S. had much of a clue as to who they were back then. They were really good too.

I tell you, when it comes to which band has inspired other bands to cover their stuff
it's hard to beat Black Sabbath (almost every band alive has done a Sabbath song) but
this band probably runs a close second: AC/DC.

In fact, here's one of those covers now...

This selection contains two bands that MC and I have discussed quite a bit recently (Ministry & Limp Bizkit) and could possibly be one of the best things that The 'Biz has ever done. It's an advance release from the 2014 anticipated new Limp Bizkit lp "Stampede Of The Disco Elephants", a cover of the Ministry classic "Thieves".

Hey MC, you'll probably dig this..it's the currently most theatrically unique band active: GHOST and their take on an old, killer Roky Erickson song "If You Have Ghosts" (appropriate, huh?). It's from Ghost's own upcoming Dave Grohl-produced ep of covers which also contains re-tellings of songs from ABBA and Depeche Mode, due out later this month. Enjoy!

Good one, MC! Nevermore are one of the best American Power Metal bands of all time despite their breaking up awhile back. I followed them since their beginning, even as far as back as two of the member's pre-Nevermore band Sanctuary back in the 80s.

It's unusually rare to find bands/artists that cover Fear Factory songs but here's one...

These guys are back with a new album and of course lead singer Micheal Sweet is also doing duty as one of two singers fronting classic rock band Boston..it's Stryper with their version of a old Van Halen song:
