Been poking Frank R with a sharp stick for the last two years. When you go after someone to wallow them out you got to make sure you are smart enough to do it. They threw Frank under the bus and set the dogs on him. You can't cry when you lose a fight you started. They started it, Frank finished it, ate their lunch and took em to school.....lol

Wishing he was back? I don't think the Count Schools can withstand much more of him. Test scores can't drop much lower then they are right now. A Chimp could have done a better job.
It's not just the superintendent's job to make sure students get a proper education. It starts at home, first and foremost, then the teachers and the most important person, the student. I think there is a fair amount of blame to go around. Try being realistic.

Virgil had not planned to run again anyway. I do not think he is in good health, He is a fine person and people will see it will be worse than ever. Same old crap, and as far as the test scores Mr. Wagner could not control the scores, I think they all will be better this year. So Mr. Wagner will still be in as they could not get him out like they thought they would jokes on them. ha He will go out when he wants to Aug.

They are not going to find anything wrong that they have done, Just taking money from the kids again. The most ignorant acting bunch I have ever seen, They will do no more than anyone else that has been in there except hire a few of their people that they have promised a job.same old shit

David Lester would be a great person for the job. He is extremely smart, a nice person to everyone he meets, knows what is required of the job...in other words HE COULD NEVER BE SUPERINTENDENT. He makes too much sense and won't go along with the crooked, low-lifed board members. It is obvious that the newbees are the same SHlT IN A DIFFERENT PACKAGE.

The real reason Super is staying until August is bacause he chose his own time to leave. With all his years of service and the way his retirement income would tally out, August 1 was the perfect time for him to reap the best of retirement pay, staying longer would cause him to start losing money. He was sort of planning this for a long time now, funny how everybody wants to take the credit his retiring. The reason F. Ratliff turned on Justin M. and C.B. and voted against them on this, is Super has some really big illegal proof on some dirty stuff on F. Ratliff and Mr Frank is afraid of Super now. Because of this, Super could stay another term and F. Ratliff would vote for it. DId ya notice how F. Ratliff voted against Justin M. and Billiter twice last night!!!! This is why, and thugs always turn on each other. Super is such a class act, he is far too superior to sit at the same table with the 2 new Buffoons!! They are such clowns, and a total embarrassment to our county, another reason for eastern ky to be laughed at. something else you are apparently missing here is, the new jobs??? again you dont know what you talk about, Wagoner will be doing ALL thwe rehiring himself and ya cant do a thing about it, after all, he IS still the Super!!! Ha Ha, he is getting the last laughg, all this and a retirement of nothin but good times!!!!!!!! IT is all playing out just the way he planned it.

There is a lot of corruption in the local school systems anyways.

Jobs are already promised or filled before they are posted, there is a lot of nepotism where family of board members or principals get cushy jobs, people are teaching subjects they are not qualified to teach, etc.

No wonder the public schools are in shambles. Too bad the private schools are run by religious fanatics.

There really isn't a good option to send our kids around here.

What I will never understand is how two completely insane, crazy men could fool the majority of voters in two communities? The only thing I can figure is LOTS OF MONEY exchanged hands...wonder if the local newspaper( and it's biased reporters) has started that investigation/ open records request on campaign donations and where and how that money was spent?

You are right about Mr. wagner he had this planned to retire and they think they caused him to resign. He is a smart man. He will do the hiring until Aug. Also you are right on the two clowns that got in they acted like hicks. I am so glad Mr. Wagner was a class act at the board meeting. They should be ashamed.
