The Obama admin has told corporations that if they are sued by individuals for not notifying them of impending layoffs that his admin will use taxpayers money to pay their legal fees. He told them NOT to worry about being sued and to NOT notify ANY employees of layoffs BEFORE the election. He knows Boeing is going to lay off a bunch of employees and doesn't want the employees to know until after the election

Most large corps have to give employees so many days notice of layoffs or risk being sued under labor laws. Obama is the most underhanded sneaking sob to ever hold that office.

Sure, any lying dirty trick in the book they will pull. They will vote the dead in many states and they have told their hinchmen to do anything to win. They controll the Attorney General and they told them at them privately at their "thugs" meetings don't worry about going to jail.

It's all over the news. Greta was all over it on fox last night. Communist news network and MSNBC probably ignore it

That was for Industrial Military Complex corporations only, they threatened to lay off workers before the election to make it look worse on Obama. They are using the sequestering fiscal cliff as an excuse, that is not going to be allowed to happen.
Obama countered and said the government would pay the legal fees for corporations with military contracts if they got sued for not giving the required 60 day notice. In other words this keeps the employee's on the job past the election and then if the fiscal cliff happens because congress can't agree on taxes and spending cuts the fed will help pay the legal fees for corporations sued for not giving the 60 day notice.

This was a Defense corporation republicans that wanted to make Obama look bad originally and then Obama countered to keep the workers with a defense contract on the job past the election.

In fact it is the usual bullshit from both parties! As much a republican plot to make the unemployment numbers look bad as Obama's counter to keep the workers on the job past the election!

Dirty politics from both sides...

Just like the Repug Lies Network to spin something, and try to burn Obama with it. These layoffs, that you're making out as if they're for sure happening, are not a "for sure" thing.

http://news.yahoo.com/white-house-request-loc...

"On Friday, the Obama administration reiterated that federal contractors should not issue notices to workers based on "uncertainty" over the pending $500 billion reduction in Pentagon spending that will occur unless lawmakers can agree on a solution to the budget impasse, negotiations over which will almost definitely not begin until after the election."

""We will not issue sequestration-related WARN notices this year," Lockheed announced in a written statement. "The additional guidance offered important new information about the potential timing of DOD actions under sequestration, indicating that DOD anticipates no contract actions on or about 2 January, 2013, and that any action to adjust funding levels on contracts as a result of sequestration would likely not occur for several months after 2 Jan. The additional guidance further ensures that, if contract actions due to sequestration were to occur, our employees would be provided the protection of the WARN Act and that the costs of this protection would be allowable and recoverable."

Nah, I'm not worried about Romney; I just absolutely DESPISE that Marxist in chief. I can't wait for him to resign, die or get beat. Any of those options is fine with me.

You notice how they keep both George W and Dick Chaney in an undisclosed location. No Republican wants to be near to either one of them. It will take two more terms or 8 years for anybody to fix the mess they left if then, that is how bad they screwed it up.
