He's better than the doctors at Mountain Comp. He is VERY strict. He means business. If you miss two appointments and don't give notice then you are terminated as a patient of his forever. He will help your daughter. I don't know if he offers onsight therapy at his office anymore. You might need to find therapy elsewhere.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Narola and I quit him cause he is too strict on people who have a mental disease. I have lifetime Major Depression and Anxiety and this doctor jumped on to me cause of his claim that I did not give him ample notice to cancel an appointment. I was told to give 24 hr notice but when I did and went back to him, he said I had to give 48 hr notice and if I did not, I couldn't see the therapist and without seeing the therapist, I could not see him. This is not a very good approach to use with a patient with anxiety, I have enough to worry about as is, so, I quit going to this doctor. Also, Dr. Narola increased my Zoloft to a way too high level and why it did help my anxiety, it made my hands shake very badly, I couldn't even hold a pencil or pen properly and I would wake up in bed in sweat. I would think twice about going to him and I am very sorry your daughter is going thru all that. My son goes to Mountain Comp and sees Dr. Mona, so far, she has done very well and my son is satisfied. I hope this helps some.

It is very scary, but with a lot of help and guidance.. you can help her. The worst part about this illness is when people give up on the person who has it. I don't know how severe your child has it, but some of the people have trouble fuctioning and have trouble holding down jobs later on. They have trouble in relationships and often don't want to get themselves help later on. Some of them end up self medicating with drugs, some end up homeless.

Dr N is a good psych, an actual psych who doesd a good thotough assessment. Never, EVER take someone to Mt comp if they r n need of immediate help/emergency. 99pct of therapist/counselors ther r competely incompetent. The psychsd give the same meds to everyone, klonopin and zoloft, no matter what their issue.

Dr Narola is an idiot and I speak from experience with him. On three separate times he almost killed my grandfather for over-medicating him. My grandfather suffered from Alzheimer's Disease. When we finally had to put him in the nursing home he weighed 135pounds the day we got rid of Dr Narola and had him transferred out of his care to another nursing him he weighed exactly 80pounds!!! I would strongly suggest finding another dr! I could tell you more but this is not the place for that. He also treated my aunt, who is crazier now than she was before she started going to him. Her children have had a terrible time with her.

I had a Kidney Transplant In Louisville Kentucky. after the Transplant the rejections medications that I must take caused me to shake like someone with Parkinson Disease. I went to a psych in Louisville for three years before finding the rite medication for me. I thought I would try someone closer to home. I went to see Dr. Narola. one minute talking to him I knew I was going back to Louisville. the medications I was three years in getting Rite he knew before he ever spoke to me that they were wrong. I now see see a doctor in Prestonsburg. If it wasn't for him I would be going somewhere else. I myself didn't like Dr, Narola. I do hope he is better to other patients then he was for me.

Personally do not know Dr Narola but his receptionist is a flat out rude person. Double bills, does not give you receipt for cash paid unless you ask and then tries to rebill and tells you you owe it again. Totally unconcerned with HIPPA laws and thinks she is higher than thou and untouchable! Very very rude!!! Do not recommend this facility because if you don't have problems when you go then you will when you leave!!!

At how people can be on one social network and be all lovey dovey. Praying for and asking for prayers.

Then get on another and the fangs come out.

I suppose the difference is that one reveals your identity and the other doesn't.

I'll take the high ground and not reveal any names.

Highly educated. But has trouble spelling.

No I am not the lady you are upset about so quit calling her out. But I am someone sick of seeing everyone on FB praying and asking for prayers then you get on here and act the way you do. You girls are not the queens of Peter Creek. Drama is all you want to make.

Sickening that a tiny bump can result in a major lawsuit in todays society.

Get your facts straight. I no longer live on Peter Creek my dear. Since you seem to think you know my family why not call ME out personally on this social network you feel I ask for prayers for so often. Evidently you are whom I speak of or you wouldn't have such a vital interest in what is being posted. Oh, no one mentioned a lawsuit other than you. All I said was that the actions (more than one) have been reported. Comprehension must be your problem!
