This is very interesting since it appears that whoever chose my name as their pseudonym has violated KRS 514.160(1)(d)and (1)(e). Topix policy is that they will not shield criminal conduct. This may prove even more interesting.

How these threads are started by someone who graduated law school and knows what consequences she could face. More importantly though, what is she doing to her children? The time and money she spends on Internet for topix posts to attempt to destroy her ex is time and money she could spend to see her children once a month. Or take the time and effort to call them. She hasn't saw the boys since Court (more than a year. It seems her priority in life is to get on an evil website that allows hidden identity to publish malicious lies. She needs help.

Obviously you're not the "smart" one. You can't even spell "sense," so I don't think we can depend on you as a credible source to tell us who started the post.

Oh yea remember the lady in Kansas ( 2008 ) who was bulling others made the one little mistake when she used at the least first and last name of a local resident, whom authorities convinced to bring the charges, and she plead to 6 years.

Incidentally, Topix has to release your info since Jonah's supposed identity was used to promote or "created" a poll as the originator that Topix is marketing (making money) with those little ads to the right of this screen, it covered under the Federal Interstate Wire Act coupled with an Misappropriation of Identity claim.

You are not only a fat ass, but a dumb ass, because you used at least his whole first and last name, and only one letter difference in his middle name.

Not only are you a fat ass, but you are officially a dumb ass as well.

What Amy Mischler missed in law school why she is liable and open for discoverable inspection of her isp or ip & TOPIX to some degree :
The Carson Case, 698 F. 2d 831 ( 6th Cir. 1983 ), I love the fact that this case is the federal law for Ky, Ohio, Mich. and Tennessee, guess what we're in good ole Ky, Mischler & Topix are in hot ass water.
Motschenbacher v. RJ Reynolds, 498 F. 2d ( 9th Cir. 1992)
White v. Samsung Elec, 917 F.2d 1395 (9th. Cir. 1992 )
Faegro & Benson, LLP v. Purdy, 367 F. Supp 2d 1238
( D. Minn. 2005)
and finally Felsher v. University of Evansville 755 N.E. 2d 859 ( Ind. 2001 ) from a personal vendetta case just like ole Ms. Mischler.

Where will Mischler admit or will she actually admit that she created the post that generated this topix poll, which topix commericalizes through its ads on the right side of the screen giving rise to a civil claim. In a federal deposition, and since she is not charged with a current crime the fifth will not be applicable, and if she just refuses to answer, then a show cause for contempt in federal court very interesting, perjury or contempt. Which will Mischler choose ?

What does all this have to do with the title of the post. Why drag poor old Keith Hall's name into this?

Howard Keith Hall made my father pay back child support that he did not owe. I can attest to that bacause he had custody of me during those years. My father was retired andd on a limited income when Howard Keith Hall did it. I will never vote for him. I'd rather vote for Obama and that's saying something.

Yes, dirt cheap. How did Hall ever get a law degree? I think they're actually giving them away.

Why don't you choose to be quiet and shorten those sentences of nonsense? It's evident the woman has gotten screwed over by an unethhical group of attorneys. That's okay. That's why God created Hell.

Everybody knows that I am Jonah Wee Stevens from Russell County Kentucky. It says so on my posting. Pretty please with sugar and sprinkles put it in federal court. The good old boys in London said that was cool cause it opens the door for them. They've rested up after Manchester and are ready to go.

Guess Rick and Keith told you no, no, no. Ha, ha, ha!

Couldn't be foreseeable that the possible fallout from a federal civil lawsuit over the misappropriation claim actually be that within the civil discovery process that the true name of the person who stole jonah's identity might be revealed, and what I'm wondering could that person who misused topix subsequently be charged with a crime after the civil case is over, since the suspect's hidden identity would have been "ascertained to a reasonable degree of reliabilty" necessary to justify charging him/her with a crime, is that the standard requested by law enforcement in these cyber crime units before making criminal charges : "ascertained to reasonable degree of reliability", I may have heard that from somewhere.
