Eric fully understood what he was doing in court this day, He told he did this, and he was sorry. For you to get on here an say he didn't do this, you must be crazy! He was ready to except his punishment, but his mother must not be ready to except hers. No one is trying be a Judge or Jury, they just want Justice served in this case,so they have some peace in life. You have no clue what this case will bring..People you think you know well, may not always be the people you knew at all! May Justice be served!!!

Just barely out of school, came from the edge of town.
Fought like a switchblade so no one could take him down.
He had no money, oooh no good at home.
He walked the streets a soldier and he fought the world alone
And now it's

18 and life You got it
18 and life you know
Your crime is time and it's
18 and life to go

Bang Bang Shoot 'em up, The party never ends.
You can't think of dying when the bottle's your best friend
And now it's

18 and life You got it
18 and life you know
Your crime is time and it's
18 and life to go

"Accidents will happen" WE all heard ERIC say

He fired a to the wind and that child blew a child away

In Loving Memory Of:
Paul Shope,Jennifer Burgette and Curtis Francis

When tomorrow starts without me,
and I'm not there to see;
If the sun should rise and find your eyes,
all filled with tears for me;
I wish so much you wouldn't cry,
the way you did today,
while thinking of the many things,
we didn't get to say.

I know how much you love me,
as much as I love you,
and each time that you think of me,
I know you'll miss me too;
But when tomorrow starts without me,
please try to understand,
that an angel came and called my name,
and took me by the hand,
and said my place was ready,
in heaven far above,
and that I'd have to leave behind,
all those I dearly love.

But as I turned to walk away,
a tear fell from my eye,
for all life, I'd always thought,
I didn't want to die.
I had so much to live for,
so much yet to do,
it seemed almost impossible,
that I was leaving you.
I thought of all the yesterdays,
the good ones and the bad,
I thought of all the love we shared,
and all the fun we had.

If I could relive yesterday,
just even for awhile,
I'd say goodbye and kiss you
and maybe see you smile.
But then I fully realized,
that this could never be,
for emptiness and memories,
would take the place of me.

And when I thought of worldly things,
I might miss come tomorrow,
I thought of you, and when I did,
my heart was filled with sorrow.
But when I walked through heaven's gates,
I felt so much at home.
When God looked down and smiled at me,
from His great golden throne,
He said, "This is eternity,
and all I've promised you".

Today for life on earth is past,
but here it starts anew.
I promise no tomorrow,
but today will always last,
and since each day's the same day,
there's no longing for the past.

But you have been so faithful,
so trusting and so true.
Though there were times you did some things,
you knew you shouldn't do.
But you have been forgiven
and now at last you're free.
So won't you take my hand
and share my life with me?

So when tomorrow starts without me,
don't think we're far apart,
for every time you think of me,
I'm right here, in your heart

More one thing VALERIE LEAGUE-HUTCHENS: Go ahead make your point clear to everyone. "For everyone who kills a drug dealer by gosh, you deserve a metal of honor". You also stated- "Have we grown so callus and hard that we are just out to kill and destroy people that might could possibly help us in the fight against drugs and crime in our nation".

Lady there is way the above solution is going to help - More people would be murdered and more young people would be next in line to take their place. We can not fight the battle against drugs and crime in our county much less the nation. This is a job for the entire goverment. The only thing we can do is try and keep our family out of the drug world. They have more than enough in their pack, if someone doesn't want to join -there are three to one down the road or next door who will.

YOU ALSO PREACH ABOUT GOD IN ONE SENTENCE AND THEN IN THE NEXT SAY IT IS ALRIGHT TO KILL A PERSON IF THAT PERSON IS A DRUG DEALER....EXACTLY WHAT RELIGION ARE YOU???? I WANT TO KNOW SO THAT I CAN BE SURE TO NEVER BELIVE IN SUCH A RELIGION!!!!!

Oh yeah, as far as Eric's mother Paula is concerned. This woman should be standing right next to her son. She should be getting her punishment as well. Also, concerning the statement about Eric's mother doing so much for our community...well lets put it this way, I have known Paula Horn for a long time and I have never seen a sympathetic feeling come out of her. Paula is out for Paula and that is all!!!! When asked if she would like to purchase an item that would benefit The American Cancer Society, her response was "Why would I want to donate anything to that charity, what have they ever done for me? Well, let me tell you what they done for the Horn family. When Chuck Horn was dying, Paula Horn had no trouble excepting their charity!!!! So, Don't try to feed me this utter bullshit about how much of an angel Paula Horn is!!!!!!

I have to agree with Paula on this one.
The ACS doesn't help cancer victims. They spent 1.5 million dollars in Ohio to get the smoking ban for Ohio put on the ballot.
I do not know of ONE person with cancer they have helped, do you? If so, please show me the money they spent.
I will never ever donate one penny to the ACS, and I know many more people who say the same thing, after it was disclosed of what they actually do with the donations they receive.

I read the letters written in the Waverly and Chillicothe papers.
Good job. It is seldom the law enforcement gets credit for a job well done.

I just wanted Pike County to be recognized for their hard work and dedication. Thanks again to all on the case....
