I only know anthony...but all of this is pointless...they were all partying and as far as I know they were all drinking...its a shame all of you are pointing fingers at one person...they were all at fault...they all knew what they were doing was wrong...so if you people want to get technical it was all of there faults...not just kyles...you cant only blame the driver...so stop pointing fingers, do the right thing and try to help each other in your times of need.
very well said Kevin thank you!

I agree completely. It is such a tragic thing and so many do it all the time, the fact is they all knew getting in that car was wrong and each chose to do it. It is healing that must be done now and blaming the driver for everyone's choices that night is wrong. He should not have been driving and he is guilty of that, but the others chose to get in the car with him and NONE of them were even of age to drink, if they were, let alone deciding to get in a car with someone drinking. They are all just kids and it is such a sad thing that happens way to much.

My prayers go out to all the families affected by this horrible accident. As for Mr.Roar he knows he done wrong, he's a 18 year old boy that will be taking full responsibility of his actions! Yes, all the young lives in the car were partying, but Mr.Roar being a "adult" should have knew better than to drink and drive. He deserves full sentencing, and will rot in hell for his wrong doings... If it was my child that was killed because of a drunk driver I would be going to my widths end for someone to take his life, let him know the hurt and pain, & as for his family you have every right to defend him, but when you go to bed at night you know as well as the rest of us he doesn't deserve to live life from this point on!

I havent seen ANYONE on here defending that boys decision to drink and drive. Maybe you should re-read the posts. And you're right...He WILL pay the price, but (sorry to disappoint you) it wont be a death sentence.

Gary I heard they were pretty shook up. They refused treatment. But they too wlll have a long road ahead. I also heard they were speeding. It's just a mess all the way around. It's a loose loose situation. These effects are going to be life long. My thoughts and prayers go out to each and everyone that is effected by this!

I agree with most posts on here this is an awful tragedy that affects alot of people. Yes Kyle should be held accountable but I think the person most accountable is the person who supplied these young kids alcohol in the first place. I have 2 teenage boys and I know what young kids do, but if I KNEW of them drinking they would NOT be getting into a car driving or with someone else who had been drinking. Wherever these kids were there was an ADULT that could have prevented them leaving. My prayers go out to all involved and I pray for the one to come forward who gave them the alcohol so they can be punished too.

Its not only his fault, jessica n alicia n anthony should NOT got in the car, but at the same time, kyle knew better, he knew he shouldnt be driving WITHOUT a license, or insurance, & underage people in the car, But EVERYBODY'S gotta realize, Alicia is dead, no coming back, she wanted to have her family back, & be somebody. but shes in a great place now, & she's watching over us. Nobody really realizes how precious life really is until someone we really care about is Gone! ive had my best friend die, in a car accident on the same road. that road is VERY dangerious.. All im saying is that shes gone, shes not comign back, & God has a reason for everything, so before people go blaming people, Realize god has a reason for everything. Even though we dont like the choices he makes, he has a reason. Pray for Alicia's family. & prayers go out to the Woolridges & the Smallwoods. Jessica & Anthony you will get way better!!!!!!

I don't know the girl that passed away, but if she was my daughter I feel like she would not want the driver to be blamed. They were friends after all and I don't think she would want him to be in prison for something they were all guilty of.

This whole thread is ridiculous! These were all kids doing the very same things WE did when we were their age. It's sad that someone died & people were hurt, but my God, people! These people and their families have suffered and it's not over yet. I taught my kids not to drink and drive but I'm sure somewhere along the way they did. I taught them not to get into a car if the driver was drinking...but they probably done too. Unless you are a direct family member to one of the four, you shouldn't post anything other than well wishes & condolences. These kids and their families are going thru hell. Why add to it? My thoughts, prayers and condolences to the families & kids.

I don't even know these kids but i'm sure that all of them are feeling responsible and the driver is suffering for his decision. Leave them alone & let them deal with this. Throwing gas on the fire will NOT put it out. just sayin...
