Shame on the Morgan State University's Board of Regents if the members violated the Open Meetings law as alleged, and kudos to Mr. Jaffee for taking the time to submit a complaint to the Open Meetings Law Compliance Board and to Ms. Scharper for covering the complaint against Morgan.
