why do people find it funny to make fun of shit that is so real... you people need to grow up... peoples lives are being destroyed and all you can do is make fun of people... i heard what mike did and maybe he might have been wrong in some of it... but if that was my daughter some little punk was putting his hands on i would of done alot worse... but the only person wrong here is mike right... what about the boy putting his hands on his daughter... where is he wrong in this... let me guess he said he didn't do it.... well i am a regular customer at hardees and i know i have been thier beofre and seen with my own eyes how that young man, i believe his name is corbin, has talked... i have been sitting in the dinning area and see him pull up and wait and when she didn't come out fast enough he would come and you could see the anger in his face.... i have always been thier and heard him serveral times call her disrespectful stuff... the people at hardees think we can't hear what they are saying but it echo's out top the dinning room very well... so i guess because i father takes all he is going to take from someone mistreating his daughter he is wrong... now if he was not a cop you people would not be saying anything... i seen corbin the other day and if mike had hurt him the way people are saying he ws hurt he would of still looked like he was hurt... but he looked just fine to me... i think maybe might did it at the wrong time sure, but he is a fahter and he is going to defend his daughter waht father wouldn't...

For one, he is supposed to uphold the law, which he obviously didnt, for two, there is a right way and a wrong way to deal with things, he could have put some trumped up charges on the punk and ruined his life, but he didnt, he decided to sink to that punks level and do some smaking of his own, Now, he faces jail time, and then what, if HE's in jail, whos going to protect his daughter, no one thats who and that corbin punk is free to smack her around without worring about daddy, so you tell me if backwoods justice is worth it, in my experience its not. Any father would want to hurt anyone who hurts his family, thats a natural reaction, but to handle things the right way, now that takes a real man.

i did say maybe he did it the wrong way read again what i said... sometimes we react before we think... and all the stuff all these people are saying on here... nobody really knows what happened and what is going to happen to any of them unless you was thier.... how do you say he faces jail time.... i didnt even know anything was atually going to court or had been filed... so think you might be wrong thier... and you are right ihave to agree thier is a right time and a right way to handle things i never said that.... but i am saying that sometimes we do things without thinking what might happen just the way people are... and hopefully she has enough sense to not go back to someone who puts thier hands on her... and hopefully corbin will see what he did wrong in it too and get helo he is just a kid and if he sees he has a problem now he can get help so that when he does grow up he doesnt become a woman beater and wind up in prison himself....

Well my son was assaulted in his own home and the person who broke into my home pressed assualt charges on him. Plus my son is a MINOR and the Piggott POLICE would NOT let me take any action agianst HER. Sooooooooo where's the JUSTICEfor my FAMILY??????

I read it quite clearly, you said you over heard alot of bad things this corbin punk was saying to mikes daughter and you sat there and did nothing, you kept your mouth shut when it counted and just kept drinking your 14th cup of coffee, you sir are all talk and no ass, but you sure are big shit here huh? But i guess thats none of your buisness huh? so why make it your buisness now? And this delusion of corbin ever being somebody is the joke, he will continue to beat women and probably spend his life in and out of jail, thats the reality. As for mikes daughter, you clearly stated this is not the first time corbin has disrespected or mistreated her, so much for coming to her senses right. When you see an injustice being done, and you do nothing, then you are silently conding the action, maybe you should think about that. As for hardee's sucking, i got food poisoning 3 times, yes 3 because i made the mistake of giving them not just a second chance but a 3rd as well, and no i never worked there and never will.

I can totaly relate to what you are saying, and i am very sorry for your outcome, maybe a better attorney would have done proper justice for your family, but when money is the factor, then clay county will always win. I was involved in a similar incident and it cost me 3500.00, but the result was worth it, I to had the police tell me they would do nothing, but one phone call from my attorney solved that problem really quick. You have to realize you live in clay county, and justice here is not cheap.

Well you could be right. I thought I had a GOOD lawyer but,do believe he was paid off. Mine wasn't just the police but,John Lingle also. You could say he just threw me out of his office. These officials here do LOVE their Snitches and Liars
