He IS a great doctor. He treated me several times at Scheurer hospital,and was always caring. I still say til this day. HE SAVED MY LIFE!! AND I DON'T MEAN WITH DRUGS!!!

Dr.LaFata was one of the best general surgeons I've had the pleasure of working with. It is unfortunate that the good he provided to patients for decades will be overshadowed by these disgusting acts not befitting a professional of his stature.

here we go, it will be called "sex addiction" but anyone else is seeking drugs, drug addiction etc. Here the doc will get off like Rush limbaugh...no fines, not much of other than a slap on the hand. Both need to be prosecuted and not as an addict of any kind, they both are responsible adults.
It is boring in the town but there must be more to do than this. This town is plagued with (drug) abuse. Didn't a previous doctor write prescriptions for his lover a year or so ago from the same hospital??? same woman???
