That intersection as it is now projects a very poor image for this area. The land is in ruins now and being a resident of this area I know many many people would like an up to date and visually appealing establishment put there.
Nice places to eat, theater and retail is what we have all been hoping for. Such a shame for that land to be destroyed for nothing. Hoping that eventually its image will be one of a classy but relaxed atmosphere, which will be a first impression for most visitors coming to the Smoky Mountains to spend money.
