I just read the Top Story in the Mountain Press. How stupid does city officials think the people are? A man has asked for 20 years to get a sewer line put up to his property, he offers
to pay for it and the city refuses. I don't care if he is a commissioner or flips burgers at McDonalds, there is something fishy about this. Take a a minute and think, the city says it will cost 31,000, Mr. Robinson says only 3,000 to 4,000 and he will pay the cost. Who to believe? And what about someone in the meeting saying, "we will NEVER give you anything". WOW, I smell something bad. How will the press follow up on this, will they tell the truth and be honest. And what about the city being in debt, how in the world did that happen? Did it happed overnight? Did Robinson have a hand in this big debt? How much is the interest on the BIG parking lot? Does anyone know? I do. Brighten up comminission, I'll let you in on something you might not know, "we are not stupid".

someone might want to check randal robinson out as he moved here from ky as he was ran out of town there. he has all but caused fbc to split and now the pf city commission is wondering what he is up to. he is a real problem - just do your homework and check him out from his days in ky. trust me - he is and will be a problem for all of pf. take my word - i know what he did in ky.

Earlene is so concerned about Robinson but how about David Wear. He is a local boy and there is a lot we don't know. Whey did he get fired from the Pigeon Forge Police Dept? Did he disclose his lawsuit that involved the city when he ran for election? Did he have a conflict of interest in the latest deal between Darby Campbell and the City of Pigeon Forge events center? Robinson questioned a conflict of interest but they just ignored him. If he did have a conflict of interest, he should have abstained from making a motion or even voting. He is one of Earlene's boys and we need to know more. What is the deal with David?

Randal Robinson and Jess Davis are funding the anti-liquor ads running in the paper and First Baptist Church PF is being used to support this political effort. They are also supporting and funding the campaign of Tony Rast and First Baptist Church PF is being used at their backdrop! I sure hope the voters of PF are aware of this effort and underhanded operation. As for the FBC – it is amazing that the church members are allowing God’s house to be used as a political meeting hall and backdrop.

Sounds like someone is afraid the voters just might be catching on and will vote in two new people to the commission. That would really upset the apple cart for Earlene and the boys in Sevierville. If you want change that is exactly what you will do? Vote in two new commissioners. That will take away Earlene and the boys power.

That is called asking a question and we all know that is not allowed in Pigeon Forge out in the open. Questions can only be asked behind closed doors or everyone gets really upset and calls you "Confused". Maybe I'm confused now because I thought this was American and asking a question for clarification was allowed. I guess just not in Pigeon Forge especially in the sunshine.

Randall is not confused. At least he got another person on the commission that will not just sit there when he asks a question. From now on when he makes a motion, I bet he gets a second and it will have to be voted on. Randall is smarter than you think. Even with you and the Mountain Press trying to say he is confused, he came out ahead. One more and Earlene will be out.

I do believe you boys have a problem that would be the PF boys. I do not think Randal Robinson is the issue here, I do believe the control is slipping through the hands of the old boys club and it shows. The desperation, specifically displayed by the My Pigeon Forge group or something similar, K maples, is livid and it is also showing. Get a grip boys, your sins are about to find you out. The poor old ladies trusted you boys too far and look what you've done. If any of the people from Pigeon Forge know their hind ends from holes in the ground you'll vote in the man that is stirring the pot and keep him there and bring him some help before you lose everything you have to the power hungry group that is controlling everything. almost.
