Why are the KCS Coupon books so hard to locate this year? No other county besides Knox seems to be selling them, and you can't just ask someone to order you a coupon book, give them your money and hope you get a book sometime soon.

Could someone not set up a selling station somewhere in the public shopping areas, like the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts do for their sales?

This almost makes you want to say just forget it.
