What's the difference between Randy Shields, Norman Thompson and Tommy Thompson accepting money from a contractor in order to steer business to the contractor; and the present Tribal Chairman accepting money from a contracting company (Winter Hawk Energy) in order to steer business contracts to said company? Shouldn't Duane Big Eagle be just as guilty of accepting a bribe? He is a paid officer of the Winter Hawk Energy Company and he brought them in last week to try to influence the people of Crow Creek Reservation to give them (Winter Hawk) the contract to put up wind turbines on the rez. They tried to buy off the people with a lousy cheap KFC chicken dinner. Winter Hawk is the source of funding that Duane Big Eagle used to buy the votes to win the last election. Shouldn't Big Eagle go to jail with the other Crooks??

Randy wasn't just taking bribes from construction contractors. He has also been taking bribes from ranchers such as the Knipplings. He has several large freezers chock full of prime steaks, hamburger, and other choice cuts. Why can't the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe or the U.S. Attorney prosecute Knippling for bribery just as they did Archie Bauman the contractor? Randy Shields was/is a greedy scumsucker but his type can only work at their thievery if there is a rich likeminded crook who wants Indian resources. Where is the justice? I think Knippling should treat all Indians alike and give them each one head of beef apiece. Only then would they not be guilty of a crime. John Daly has also been seen over to Randy Shields house a lot lately. I suppose even from prison Randy is still being a whore for the rich white ranchers/farmers who take advantage of the corrupt system on this reservation.

I forgot to mention in the last post that Knippling and Daly are two of the largest ranchers/farmers in Buffalo county and they lease most of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribal lands. They both rely upon corrupt tribal officials to use their tribal membership to get preferential land leases and then turn around and sublease to the rich white rancers. Why can't the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe do the same thing as a corporation? Corporations can act as an individual. Why does the tribal council allow only certain ones to profit from subleasing? Meldean Rank (tribal member) is John Daly's main whore and controls numerous range units for the Daly farm. When will the people of this reservation wise up? When will we ever get an intelligent tribal council who will put a stop to the crazyness?

AND we don't want to leave out all the many bribes over the years that Larry Abernathy of Chamberlain gave to Randy Shields in order to get construction contracts from the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe.

Crow Creek will not say anything.

the Feds stepped in and stopped two non natives from making bribes with trusted councilmembers, Then Crow Creekers elected another non native as tribal chairman.
Who will not contest blood degree in a public trial.

It's been this way for 'Years'.

Were keeping ourselves back, held in fear against our own will within our own complaints,
fearfullness creates personal, tribal, collective powerlessness, which spawns apathetic behavior,
apathetic behavior - uninterested, unconcerning, no emotion for others, circle back to the fear they live in because they feel they have to much to lose,- little they have.

Our reasons for our down-falls.

US ATTORNEY BRENDON JOHNSON will not be involved in the Big Eagle case based upon the fact his daughter Marlis works for the FBI in Sioux Falls
