Woodruff is already in trouble. It has a city council and mayor that are living in the days of Opie and Aunt Bee. They need to get their heads out of the sand and start thinking of ways to progress to the 21st century. They had a city manager, but drove him away with their incompetancy. He wrote the mayors' articles for the newspaper, now what is he going to do without his writer?
