Governor Sanford is right. Having moved here from a state where the developers were allowed to do what they wanted, I saw much of the natural beauty destroyed. The beauty of this state is what is so very appealing. I hope you will keep this in mind.

I agree that the Conservation Bank is great, but if the original rules were that extra funds would not be added in times of fiscal crisis, maybe we should stick with that.
Our Governor has set up several political action committees to raise money from secret donors for various interests of his. Maybe, he should set up something similar to contribute to the Conservation Bank.
Also, the school buses need to be converted to biodiesel and restaurant grease used to run them. They also might want to put the controls that limited their speed to 45 MPH back on them. The buses that are going over 60 MPH, and there are plenty, must be getting horrible MPG.
