#1 a Ford Mustang is the wrong car to take on that road.#2 He sounded inexperienced with that road #3 He was obviously driving beyond his limits.#4 What moron races up in the mountains and doesn't wear a seat belt?! Its sad but he really got what he deserved.

Libertarian, you are an idiot.

This is someone's child. His life is over at 19. He did not "deserve" this, anymore than you deserve to lead the obviously callous and miserable existence you must be leading, otherwise you would not have posted something so stupid.

God grant peace to this child, his family and friends, and most of all to you Libertarian. You obviously need it.

Libertarian, not only are you heartless but it seems you are also illiterate. He was not the one driving. So as to your comments #2, 3 & 4 - not relevant & neither are you.

when I travel this road--- Im careful going up.
When coming down- I downshift to a lower gear to allow engine braking and keep from getting brake fade.
If there are speed racers behind me- I pull off on the nearest opening- and let them race by.....
The mustang driver obvioulsy did something wrong.

it is clear you have social issues that you've developed as a child, you poor thing, hope you get some clinical adjustments,as I am sure that with all poeple, we make remarks, without thinking, as if it were one of your own relatives, unfortunately, you'd perhaps, have the same response for one of them??? try seeking medical help, before you become totally unsaved.

everyone is making comments on the crash site, when you do not have all the information; there is no mention of speedy or drinking, any that would attribute to total negligence; but rather that he "failed to negotiate a turn" how clear is this, or are you just looking for something that's not there? the investigation will show what the exact cause was, bottom line;how many times have you or ourselves have made an error in our driving an ops or just the wrong signal, I have not seen a 100% driver, the kid may have been inexperience, does this element deserve this outcome? if you answer "yes" you need help

I think this shows us all the importance of wearing a seatbelt. Damn kids trying to be cool not wearing one. It's annying anyways to hear that *ding ding ding* when you don't have it on, nothing cool about that noise.

So when someone chooses to drive drunk, and they get in an accident and die, they don't deserve it also?

You can also say this about other stories:

"The kid was smoking PCP and died, he didn't know.
The kid was playing with a gun and shot himself.
The kid was drunk while driving and died.
The kid robbed a bank and was shot by police.

The kid may have been inexperience(d), does this element deserve this outcome? if you answer "yes" you need help"

No, it doesn't mean you need help silly, it just means you have a different outlook in life.
The BOTTOM LINE is that the rest were saved by wearing their seatbelts. It's just life, no need to get upset about someone elses POV.

He was an awesome son, friend and loved one ..he was the type that would fill the room with his likable personality. Passion for music ,life and his family and friends. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Sanchez family .He was taken way to earlier in this lifetime and God has other plans for him ,but i know Steven will always be looking at us from above and laughing and smiling right there with us everytime we think of him , Homie " I'm down!" and will ALWAYS remember you . Love you may you rest in peace .
