Unfortunately there are people who just loose all respect for life and demonstrate no restraint when committing criminal deviance.

As a community, we must be able to defend ourselves. We need to maintain a strong and effective law enforcement presence. But also we must be able to find people whom are prone to this behavior and stop them, before they get to this level of violence.

I urge all to cooperate with law enforcement be brave enough to report such people so we can stop them. Let us be brave and say "NO" to gangs. "NO" to drugs and "YES" to peaceful co-existence.
