Great? whoa hold on. Isn't Hill Road busy enough already. Didn't we build Diley Road for just such a development. Once again poor planning by our city leaders.

"Pickerington City Council unanimously approved a development agreement Feb. 1 for the rezoning and final development plans for the 115,000-square-foot complex."

Did they get any tax, or impact fees waived?????

No tax breaks, no impact fees waived and the developer is the land owner so why would they build on diley when they own the land on refugee? Pat you are clueless about what control you think municipalities really have over development.

No tax breaks, the developer just had to agree to dump a ton of money into Jeff Fix's campaign fund.

Not clueless. The city or the state (since the St Rt 256 is Hill Rd.) does not have to approve the access points to the facility, but hey whats a little more traffic on Hill Rd. Heres an idea maybe Rule 3 and the soccer facilty can advertise on the water tower. That would really be cool.

Still clueless because there is NO access point from 256 to this development. It is on Refugee road and I believe the access point they are using on Refugee already exists at the light behind the Big Bear development.

So your point is....
