Yahoo! This was a no brainer. Kudos to all involved for making this happen - Homestead for sticking with the plan and Pickerington officials for not caving on city building guidelines.
Now, about that Refugee Road/256 intersection...

I'm am glad that this project was finally approved. Now the residents of Pickerington and surrounding communities won't have to travel to Busch BLVD, Easton, Dublin and so forth. We can stay here and support our own community.
I've seen our City turn away numerous businesses and cost incoming businesses thousands and thousands of dollars for their "special requirements". Not many have warm fuzzy feelings for our local government.
This project has been in the works for much longer than an year. I am sorry that it has taken so long for them to get the city to get things underway. Good Luck with the new venture and I hope that it is successful...
PS: Do not hang up any banners for your grand opening! Against code here in Pickerington...Unless you want to give the city more of your hard earned money for a special permit.
