I went into homegoods once. I would go up 422 one exit to Target before going there again. I've been in Walmarts that were neater. Store was a mess.

I received their site plan via email that was dated 10/23. Some of them were in negotiation, some were signed. Not sure which were which. I'm not sure I can legally post the site plan.

ah... so it's insider info. They havn't posted that site plan to their website so i don't think you should post it here without an ok from them. Brandolini has been pretty good with updating their site with new stores once they are officially signed. So we will have to keep an eye out for the rest of these places.

As far as parking, the whole thing was planned as a walkable shopping/entertainment center. You might not get parking smack dab in front of the one store that you want to shop at. So you have to walk a little ways.(If you go to the mall, you have to walk there too, just this way you get more fresh air, lol.) On busy times I have parked in the lot in front of Staples, etc. to go to the movies or even in the lots in the back of the movie theater.

isn't that paramida a home store? I could be wrong but that's the impression i got from the signs. I feel like we have lots of doubles. More than one of the same type of store. We need a little diversity.

oh man. Another sports store? We have two of those. Another hair salon? Have two of those. I love the resturanta. A choice is always great. I saw liberty mutual there today. I can't wait for red robin and panera. Although my diet sure can. Hallmark will be nice too.

Read in the Upper Providence Township agenda that Red Robin's liquor license is up for review. So that's a step closer.

No ground breaking on Tio Juan's Margaritas yet. Just seen equipment parked there for months.

President of Margaritas told me through Facebook that opening is scheduled for August. I know it sounds weird but I asked the question on FB and he personally responded. Love the one in Lansdale.

There is a slim to none chance of Margarita's opening in August as they have not even put a shovel in the ground, they are the pad site next to Raymor. I would say Oct/Nov to be more realistic.
