If they were on his property he should've just warned them to leave or he'd call the cops. Either they leave or the cops make them leave. Problem solved. Or do like I did to the Jehova's Witnesses and run them off with a shotgun. That always works too.

Noriega was under siege in his presidential mansion in 1990. Green Day got started in 1987 but didn't release any records until 1990, so it was probably not them. I do remember Sinatra/Boots, however.
CIA said the rock music was not to torture him (he hated rock), but to mess up his microphone devices listening to U.S. troops plans.
I'm probably thinking of Abu Ghraib, or more like it I just really don't like whiney Green Day. I know the FBI used the Barney theme at Waco against the Branch Davidians. Also the big song in Panama was GNR's "Welcome to the Jungle", but I don't think it was blasted at Noriega. I think our troops just dug the song!

For me, any song by The Chipmunks would be torture enough. At Waco, I'd have converted immediately away from Book of Revelations, take my wife back from Messiah David, and run!

He should have blared out classical music and showtunes, and have the treble turned wide open (or the last 3 sliders on the equalizer all the way up). He would not have been charged with pornography like he was, and it would have been more effective. The content would be considered boring by most teens, and the few that would like that would not be the rough and loud type. The high frequencies are usually found to be annoying by teens. As people age into adulthood, their brains tune out more of the frequencies, and as people get even older, the ears become more and more unable to hear the really high tones.

But at least that is a lesser charge than the original stuff.

Most people would not report classical music. Many people report crimes on a selective basis. When it comes to nuisance and quality of life crimes, people will only report when it offends or impacts them. For instance, someone may report someone for playing obscene rap and not classical, or report a drug dealer who sells crack and not one who sells pot. A first shifter would report loud noises at night, and a third shifter would report loud noises during the day. And even adult entertainment, people may only report when there are kids around, but enjoy it themselves the rest of the time.

Shoot the kids. That way you won't be irritating the neighbors a block and a half away.
But then the neigbors would rally against you for shooting children. either build a fence or talk to the parents to tell them to leave him alone. This man though does sound grumpy for only being 27.

I thought everyone switched to MP3 players.
Takes at least an MP10.5 to succeed in that market.
