Stargazing near Phoenixville

A friend of mine has pointed out that, on Saturday, this month's full moon coincides with the moon's perigee its closest approach to Earth it will also be the year's biggest.

Where would be a good place near Phoenixville to go watch the moon rise?

The park at the top of Franklin ave.
I'm pretty sure your allowed in there after dark... not 100% though.
