Hang down your head Tom Daley, Hang down your head and cry.

(OK, it was Dooley in the original song.)

It is amazing that the tenants couldn't discover the cameras before.

He should be charged with rape, and punished accordingly.

Victims can relax, however; unless he was a professional videographer, what he got on tape would not be high quality, especially the video part. Think how much trouble movie studios go through to capture anything, with fancy lights and all.

Nevertheless, it must be scary to learn that this creep was like a "fly on the wall" when these women were going about their private lives. So again, I say, charge the monster with rape; the rape of privacy.

Falk, hmmmm, I must agree! Law enforcement cannot violate people's rights without due process! If there is no reason, they shouldn't be able to hide behind a "spirit" of a law that was not applicable! Capice?

Some of the pathetic freaks on here are a trip, if they had the chance, they would bring over the beer and chips and probably watch the videos with that guy if they could get away with it! Instead, they think they are hiding in anonymity! Sick Freaks!

Then no, they cannot, unless them, and anyone else involved in it thought they were some moronic deputy dog! Getit, Getit? GOT!
Good luck with that misconception!
That would be no better than being a rapist in the name of...I thought I had an excuse....
Rapists what rapists, who cares about them, we want to look at women darn it!!!
Now, what possible excuse could gov't. and law enforcement have to video tape a single woman in her bathroom who lives alone??? What about seaching her things without warrent?
I can video tape people who break in my home. It is my refuge, not a show for pervert police who could get a search warrant...wait, they wouldn't need it, some of us would say..have at it. You think you are freaking 007?
kiss off pig!
LOL DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS DUSH BAG IS TALKING ABOUT?? ALL I GOT FROM IT WAS THAT HE MAY HAVE HAD A RUN IN WITH THE POLICE AND IS WHHHAA WHHAAA WHHHAAA A BABY! n

I said sir, if I'm not expecting guests and I hear my door opening, I will beat the hell out of whatever comes through that door and ask questions later. You are required to give me 24 hour notice unless it is a verifiable emergency.
Whether your renting in the slums or high-rise in Center City, you are entitled to rights.
This guy is pathetic.

You probably do the same thing right fat pig? Watch what you say, I got a traffic ticket once..which was rrreaally questionable. So shut the big fat pie hole up. There are freaks like you who are obviously defending freaks like him for a reason, what is he your brother or what? No one has the right to break and enter a home and video tape a person in their own house. What do you think you are god on a big old mountain.

You illiterate pig, you can't even spell douche! You should use it on your disgusting mouth.

As for WHAT CRAP, now you think landlords can break into homes also?
You are obviously graduates of the mountain school of mindless chatter!

Time is coming to an end for you good ole fat boys, you will end up just where your friend is! I mean he is your friend, why would you worry so much about what people would say about him??

That would make them no better than the pervert who did it. Actually, it would make them not only as bad as, but worse, as they are charged with keeping the law, not breaking it. Tampering with evidence, theft of evidence to start and hypocrits of the worst arrogant persuasion! Feds would be all over it...hehe.

Hey, maybe he will stand before his buddies in a closed courtroom and plead the "sometimes I get curious" defense, then they will send him for some in house "anger management". Priceless! Priceless! What would you label that?

Hey moron, I couldn't afford a house at the time. Actually, regardless of if I'm renting an $300 per month apartment or a $3,000 per month house, renters still have rights.

Just as an FYI.... and being his former tenant... the police told me he's never had a friend, so no worries there. And unfortunately, his buildings are only worth, like, a buck fifty apiece. So that divided between 34 people.... well, at least it's a FEW thousand...

That guy should end up in jail for eons. Violation of civil rights under the constitution, how many counts? Owns a building, wow, must have money! Maybe he can pay someone to "get him off" on the charges! Wonder if he is involved in local politics! Maybe he let his friends know how easy it is to get away with stuff! I wonder if he has fiends up here in the valley!(Oops, I meant friends...but I will let it stand) Freaking scum, I will have them in Federal Court faster than (oops, meant would), sick piece of skankism!

This sure pisses me off. It reminds me of a time, about two months ago. There I was, laying on my bed in just my chemise, no panties, legs wide open, talking on the phone. My windows were open as no one across the street can see me. While talking to my friend the phone cut off so I was getting up to get another phone when I saw a man on the roof of my porch, which is just outside my window. I was furious and called the landlord. He told me it was the roofers who came to fix the leak on my porch. When I asked him why I was not informed about it, he told me he thought they had called to let me know when they were coming. When I told him about me laying on the bed and saw this strange man outside my window he started laughing like it was funny. I told him if it ever happens again, I will not be held responsible for any reflex action. When I am in the comfort of my home I should have the privacy to walk around naked if I choose to. I do not really wear clothes when I am at home and I swear if this ever happens again you guys will read about me in the papers or you may see me on your television. It really angers me when someone invades my privacy.

My landlord is a pervert. He got police and A local electrical company to put microchip video cameras in my bathroom and bedrooms where he videotapes me while I sleep or take showers etc. I have a granddaughter only 5 years old where he must have videotaped her in the bathroom and every person who comes into my apt. They installed an audio system as well where they harass by making noises while you sleep or make sexual advances towards you th Ed peeping tom perverts. However the audio is not clear so the filthy dirtbag animal sounds liie a humming. Beware of psych Landlords and cops. They seem to think its legal but it is not.
