That guy should end up in jail for eons. Violation of civil rights under the constitution, how many counts? Owns a building, wow, must have money! Maybe he can pay someone to "get him off" on the charges! Wonder if he is involved in local politics! Maybe he let his friends know how easy it is to get away with stuff! I wonder if he has fiends up here in the valley!(Oops, I meant friends...but I will let it stand) Freaking scum, I will have them in Federal Court faster than (oops, meant would), sick piece of skankism!

I had an apartment in Allentown in which my landlord told me that, and I quote, "He could come into the apartment whenever he wanted to." I guess he thought I was one of the stupid ones.

I said sir, if I'm not expecting guests and I hear my door opening, I will beat the hell out of whatever comes through that door and ask questions later. You are required to give me 24 hour notice unless it is a verifiable emergency.

Whether your renting in the slums or high-rise in Center City, you are entitled to rights.

This guy is pathetic.

My goodness I would feel completely violated by this I really would hunt this man down and beat him with a bat if it was me he taped.
Its a scary scary thought.
Imagine all you do in what you thought was the privacy of your home. Going to the bathroom, doing woman things - then in the bedroom changing, sleeping, passing gas, being inimate with yourself or someone else.
oh I would freak out, I got the creeps just thinking about it.
This man should go away for very long - this is like rape these people were violated! Poke his eyes out!

Thank God i went from my parents home to owning my own.

Think about this... You said he must have money. Did he sell any of the video? He'd better hope it didn't go that far and if he did, he'd better hope no one finds out about it.

Well now, if the justice system does it's job correctly this time, this fella will be getting a taste of his own filthy medicine. I am sure all eyes will be on his "junk" where he should be going.

PIJones,

The police and government CANNOT violate your rights without purposeful use, proper review, cause,
and review! If the government used GORILLA TACTICS to frighten, intimidate, obstruct justice....perform illegal acts of search and seizure (probably their own seizure when they realize what carp they would be in) invasion of privacy, credit violation, PASSING private information to the general public, such as bank accts. etc. to silly firemen, taunting people with the illegal serveillance to intimidate and embarrass, stalking, threatening, because the violation took place before procedure and in accordance with perjury...

Then no, they cannot, unless them, and anyone else involved in it thought they were some moronic deputy dog! Getit, Getit? GOT!

Good luck with that misconception!

That would be no better than being a rapist in the name of...I thought I had an excuse....

Rapists what rapists, who cares about them, we want to look at women darn it!!!

Now, what possible excuse could gov't. and law enforcement have to video tape a single woman in her bathroom who lives alone??? What about seaching her things without warrent?

I can video tape people who break in my home. It is my refuge, not a show for pervert police who could get a search warrant...wait, they wouldn't need it, some of us would say..have at it. You think you are freaking 007?

kiss off pig!

I believe a previous article when this first came out to the public stated a female tenant found a camera hidden.. Perhaps she was painting? One would think it was a wire camera or hidden very well. Either way, TOTALLY NASTY :(

Well I got an idea, if you ask Tommy, maybe he can hook up with you! Sounds like both you and your aspirations are really worth while! Sorry you missed out.

You are a pretty sick dude. What if it were your lovely daughter or wife? Maybe you should think about that the next time you have to look them in the eyes. Go see a Dr. or psychologist, ooops, one of them plead out from Lehigh U. just yesterday, friend of yours??
