I was really disappointed in Elevation Burger. The bun was cold and mushy. It was a crappy plain white bun too.

The fries were soggy.

I wont be returning there again.

They are not cheap either! They need to offer whole grain buns as well.

Interesting. I just had dinner (Black Lab - excellent) with friends and all 5 of them were saying how much they enjoy it. I was looking forward to trying it.

I wasn't that impressed on my first visit a few weeks ago either. I t was a decent burger but nothing to write home about, or charge those prices for.

I really liked it. It's a bit pricey, but the quality is there. I'd rate their burgers & fries right up there w/ In & Out Burger. Sonic's burgers are good, too. I haven't been to Five Guys, but I've heard great things about that. Now, if only Fatburger would come this way.:-)

Elevation burger was good (we tried it once), but if you're going to be paying that kind of $$, we would much rather go down to Five Guys (off of 202).

Here is what I witnessed at Elevation Burger:

First week of opening - packed to the rafters with people.

Last week: Tumbleweeds.

The reason is that their burgers do not justify the price. That are plain (albeit organic) burgers. There is nothing special about them at all except their price. And it seems everything is ala carte AND expensive.

I think people caught on fast that this place is way overpriced for what it offers.

Their Burgers are good, I agree, they cheeped out on the buns! Fries are a bit moist sometimes, but tasty. It's good, but not weekly good for the $ and the Buns. I agree RiverWalk, As close to In&Out as were going to get on this side of the country!

I can't believe they can have a burger place without any bacon on the menu. What's up with that? Couldn't they find any organic or free range bacon?
