Does anyone know what is going on with Varner's Tree Farm?

It is closing down / being sold. The sign out front says there will be an auction, so I assume no one wanted to buy the whole farm, so they will auction off all the stuff and then just sell the land.

I heard no one bought it at the auction so the family is keeping it?

Found this at their website regarding the 3/12 action:
"***This is not a liquidation auction. The Varners will continue w/ their business, but no longer need some of their equipment."

I think they lost a lot of business when they weren't open on Sundays. Bad business move.
