back in 78 i was in the 6th grade attending waverly elementary. on recess i went back to the classroom the door was locked and the lights were off. I saw my teacher play wrestle with a female student, he had his hand up her dress. then in 1985 on the front page of the demecrat herold he turned himself in to authorities regarding inapropreate touching of a female student.
