You obviously think illegal criminal for profit growers and dealers should not be busted. The "Nish" disagrees with you. Go Nish!
nooooooo, you specialize in slanting, ad homonym attacks, and i believe his comment was on the poor quality of the reporting, rather than the debatable merit of a small-scale apartment bust. as to the others, anytime i see a raid and there is ANY meth involved,.002, IDGAS, thats what you get for dealing with bad mojo. good nishy. go find crank. seek! seek!

Way to go..now if the Task Force would confiscate grow equipment after each bust. Most are back in business growing after posting bail. Why the uneven enforcement?

or they could just keep doing what they did at the memo parker bust, smash all the high-pressure sodium vapor bulbs, which technically is a haz-mat violation. im so cool. ive got a badge and a dead deer in my chest freezer.

Well, the illegal weed plays a major role in funding the meth trade in Mendo. So even if there's no meth found on scene, you can bet that stamping out illegal grows will help reduce funding from that source. I know, you marijuana advocates scream when I claim that but its the truth and I have first hand, direct evidence of it. While I would most definitely prefer that it remain illegal, I realize that the current status of marijuana does more harm than good in promoting the lucrative black market. So, in my humble opinion, legalization is the lesser of two evils, I say call uncle on this one.
And yes, that was a terrible piece of journalism.
oh i dont deny that for a minute. check my posts. they'r public. the mexican cartels have a pretty successful mission underway to destroy (white) america with meth. the big national forest grows are surely funding this mission. take em out. leave the locals alone.

I OBVIOUSLY think Zack Cinek is a joke...Did he even proof read this article befor printing? The first sentence is a run on and he ends with a random, tangent: not a conclusion. Sophomore Journalism students could have written a better article.

BTW the "illegal criminal for profit growers" should thank Zack for helping their position with poorly written, ignorant rhetoric.

Questions 1 at a time. 1. Does everybody know how lousy Methamphetamine is? 2. Does everyone know how lousy it is to have to be around a Methanphetamine user? 3. Does everyone want to get rid of that stuff? 4. What do we have to do to successfully get rid of Methamphetamine? 5. Should we pull all stops and ao anything it takes to get rid of it completely?
My answers. 1. I do, that's for sure. 2. I do even more, and that's for sure. 3. I sure do. 4. I don't know, but let's do it. 5. Yea, looks like some emergency measures have to be taken, even if it's temporary localized martial law.
Look at all the crime happening. Look at all the criminals getting by with stuff for years. I know. Everybody will disagree. Things will go on the same way. But, someone has to say what is correct as far as values go. So I did. Just visualize nothing getting done, then visualize something being done about this, and other wrong things.
Double checking my words. Nope. No slanders at anybody that I might have made. No false accusations in my words. I just know how the repliers work.

RIGHT ON! How did this guy get this job? At the very least he should be taught spelling, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure. Some times I find myself rereading his vomit 4 or 5 times to try to make sense of it, then I give up... is he on drugs? WTH?

perhaps Suzie Crane could do it, the wise, all loving, Jesus-like soul that she is? Oops! Nope! Suzie's out dancing around with her panties on her head, covered in her own blood and feces, inside some nuclear weapons storage facility! No time to do some serious good here, either :-D !

So far "rootsfarmer" is the closest to helping the situation. Rootsfarmer does this rare concept called "addressing the issue" without much of the silly stuff, accusations, telling people to go away, or makingveiled threats.
About the issue of who will be in charge of the cleanup, your point is, doling other cleanups the government and military screw things up big time. I so much agree! I would need to be a General who has a Liberal Arts Education, an impossibility. One who can think for the humanity humanely. Maybe it's possible. Can you help on this one Rootsfarmer? Something needs to be done in a big way. What's the alternative? Nothing being done? The same mamby pamby bust a few of the easy cases, and leave the big suppliers alone?
Most of the other posts are nonsense, of course. A few make sense. Ideas folks. Got any ideas? How about we speculate what happens when little if anything is done, what things will be like in forty years. We don't need science fiction, just practicality.
