Warning if you get a city ticket in Pburg, challenge the jurisdiction of the court. It hasn't any. The full time county JP is in essence moonlighting as town judge without county authorization and without a signed contract with the town. BTW he's moonlighting during the hours he's supposed to be working for the county. He doesn't follow proper court rules which is overlooked by the town attorney/prosecutor who also doesn't follow rules.
