Women claim mayor used vulgar language

Two women claim more than a cigarette ignited when Philippi Mayor Jerry Mouser recently stepped outside City Hall for a smoke.

Payne is just mad because her husband (the fine upstanding chief) got caught using his power innappropriately. Using equipment for personal gain. Finally, someone got the balls to stand up to his power trip thinking he can do what ever he wants. Misuse of power. Not the first time!!

FIRST SHE WAS MAD BECAUSE HER HUSBAND GOT CAUGHT USING CITY EQUIPMENT FOR PERSONEL USE. SHE IS ALSO MAD BECAUSE IT WAS BROUGHT UP THAT SHE HAS WORKED FOR BUSINESS IN TOWN , DECLARES AND PAYS TAXES HERE YET DRIVES AND HAVE IN HER NAME VECHILES BEARING FLORIDA PLATES. THIIS IS IOLLEGAL SINCE SHE IS A RESIDENT OF WV, NOT OF FLORIDA. SO WHY DOES SHE GET BY WITH IT BECAUSE HER HUSBAND IS CHIEF OF POLICE AND THE STATE POLICE TURNS A BLIND EYE AS WELL AS THE SHERIFFS DEPT. YOU TRY IT AND YOU WOULD BE CITED FOR A VIOLATION.

This is just toooooo funny. The woman who's husband is a drug dealer is trying to cause problems for the Mayor because he is trying to help put an end to some of the corruption in Barbour County. Come on, seriously, is that the best she can do? Smoking too close to city building and "alledged" name calling. I guess the funniest part is that it made the paper. Barbour County need alot of help to clean up all the corruption. I say, "more power to ya Mayor"

Oh,why not have Florida tags they have for years, I'm surprised they didn't take over their drug dealing friends license plate that was personalized and said "smuggler" when he died. Is it a coincidence the police couldn't catch him "smuggling drugs" and he was buds with the good ole police chief? And no one can catch him either. I guess they do protect one another until push comes to shove and then the "brotherhood" runs.

Keller may not be the best police officer, but he is by no means the worse.
