american people aren't army generals to know how things can go in afghanistan or will end up there.

Perhaps Americans are not ALL Army Generals (even Captains and Majors have an idea, or for that matter Sergeants, of how things can go), but most Americans have an opinion....just ask them.

Some of us are even veterans of war and we too have opionions....just ask us.

i agree ith you,but i'll give you one example:once you vote for your president or senator/congressman (woman) you can't do anything until the next elections,you can have as many opinions as you want,that changes nothing because people you elected will do whatever they want.
