Oh Defiinetly! I live just down the road from where he has been living until about 2 months ago. Something is wrong with a person who walks around naked all the time. He would hang naked upside down from tree limbs. He would ride his bicycle up & down the road & stop & stare at people.(especially women)Never saying a word, just like a crazy person!

Oh wow, but I thought he was caught in Canyon Lake, Texas. Maybe he moved there recently from Mississippi.

They did a segment on him last night on 20/20 and I wondered how he was getting his money to live because, from what they said also, he seemed really mentally unstable so I can't believe he held down a job in many years. It is my guess that at some point he got on disability benefits. Probably when he was homeless and they could say he was mentally ill, so he got approved for benefits. He sure did move around a lot for someone who had very little, or no, money

He is supposedly going to trial in August.
