Dr Willbon Bates?

They did her wrong. Really wrong. But I have heard there is a backup plan. Will post again as soon as I have concrete information. Don't worry she is to good to leave her patients hanging. Wonder how many patients will leave because of the owner.

I had a friend that went this past Tuesday. Dr. Bates said that Katherine was.notching abi7t how long she was taking with patients and about what time.she gets there. Dr. Bates got my moms number and my friends number and said as soon as she got.set up she would.be.calling.us. Katherine said they hired two doctors for their place. She said you will be on and out in no time. I would rather go.with Dr. Bates. Who knows what kind of Dr.s they hired. As soon as Dr. Bates calls me or my mom we will post more info on here.

I am a patient of Dr Bates and she is a very good Dr. Today January 18 I had a appointment with her. The clinic in Trussville called me yesterday and said that Dr Bates has left and that I don't need to come. That she will set up her practice somewhere else but they didn't know where. Before that I had called the clinic and all I got was the answering machine. I don't know what is going on. I love Dr. Bates ans I have been her patient since she came to Gadsden.

She is already there. My mom had already went and seen another doctor to get her meds because of what we heard about the doc trussville had. He wanted to do nerve blocks and not write meds. Then Katherine called us Thursday afternoon to tell us Dr. Bates was back there and my mom rescheduled her appt for next month. My mom asked Katherine if we had to do nerve blocks and Katherine said no that you can see Dr. Bates and get your medicine.

Look these people need to get their act together. It's hard enough to find even passable care in this field. It is stressful on the patient and the family for these incidents to keep ocurring. Being that a doctor takes an oath I think owners need to be held to the same standard. Know your industry or get out your putting lives at stake and on hold!!!!

I agree totally. If it wasn't for a place in moody working my mom in she didn't know.when or who she was.getting her meds from. Maybe Dr. Bates is here to stay. I think Katherine realized she was losing patients therefore she was losing money and she came to her senses. Lol. I hope times will be better now. Talk with you later.

She's probably been getting fired and reported because she's a sketchy doctor. She writes for whatever you want and only accepts cash?? Yeah she helps out the drug addicts is what she does. I've lost count how many Rx's she writes for Oxy IR and all of the other narcotics and controls she writes for... She'll get shut down again because she'll keep getting reported.

She is doctor not the owner of the practice. That is crucial for you to understand. Second she worked for a very long time without getting paid by the owner. Second PAIN MANAGEMENT is for people who cannot get relief from asprin. Her patients need her and she listens. Third she is NOT the one in charge of insurance or filing. Please have your facts correct before you knock the character of this beloved doctor. She keeps her PATIENTS in mind. If you didn't like the cash pay policy take it up with Katherine not Dr. Bates please.

For your information my mom is not a drug addict and Dr. Bates does accept insurance and also cash pay for those people who can't get insurance. So before you go running off at the mouth get your facts straight. Anyway pain management has gotten a bad name because if people like you thinking that's the only reason people gets pain med is to get high. Well your wrong. Just like a diabetic is dependent on insulin, chronic pain patients is dependent on pain medicine so they can live a normal, productive life. Do a liitle research before you say something you don't know about.

I hope some finds out soon cause i am a patient there too. I have never had a doc that is so thorough like her. My life changed the.day i found her. So Dr. Bates ir u read this please know your patients love you and are waiting to know where u r going to be so we can get the care we need.

Yeah my mom had an appt Monday. She had to agree to that new doc that she would get a new MRI and nerve blocks the next month just.to get her meds. And it wasn't even as much as what Dr. Bates was writing her. Their new doc is a DICK excuse my French. I know that Dr. Bates took a bunch of her patients records with her because Deb told us we had to go over to Dr. Veluzs office and have het records faxed over before the.doc would see her. So everybody know that Bates probably has your.files and will call you when she gets somewhere.

She doesnt have mine. I found out last week. I hope she calls soon cause i gave her my number awhile back when all this mess first started. Lord please let her read these posts.
