A defense attorney for retired Russell County Sheriff Tommy Boswell has asked a federal judge to dismiss a federal civil rights lawsuit that accuses the longtime lawman of hiring deputies who have “hunter-killer” instincts and a tendency to use excessive violence.

it sure is funny how soon they forget how well he did his job for all those years isnt it, he is a great guy and I think this lawsuit is ridiculous. once again the only people complaining are the drug salesmen, wife beaters, copper theives and every other common criminal that got shoved into the back seat of a car after they ran and had to be run down by the deputies that threw aforementioned into said back seat.
This all stems from the deputies that pulled the guy out of the trailer and kicked his butt when they were off duty, and if those guys could tell the real reason why they went after him, this stuff would just dry up and go away.

Hunter / Killers ?

They don't seem to be very good hunters considering that the bondsman was the one who actually hunted the guy down after several failed attempts by the two sheriff's deputies.

Anybody know what happened to the two deputies and ole Dookie Hauser? Some feel they should have at least been charged with assault since they were allegedly off-duty, out of their jurisdiction and hopped-up. Rumor has it they went to work in federal law enforcement.

It seems that back in march of this year,the(2)RCSO deputies WADfork & Holler were indicted by a Federal Grand Jury, arrested and released on a $25,000 bond each. The trial was last said to be sometime this month in Dothan.

As for Dookie Hauser...Someone mentioned that she is still struggling with the idea on how to become a real-man.

Update----Local paper say`s Dookie will probably be a key witness (RAT) in the case against Wadford. Seems that Dollar$ has plead guilty and will turn States Evidence (RAT) against his thin blue line partner in crime for a reduced sentence which remains to be seen. It`s doubtful that any of the three will see any time in the Big House. A month or two in a federal minimum security country club at most is our guess.

Looks like your prediction of a couple of months at the country club was right-on. Does anyone know the fate of the former P.C. Man-Bear-Pig, Rachel(Dookie)Hauser? Rumor has it, shes teaching criminal justice @ the police academy!
