The good ole boys and girls of the Russell County Commission do it again.
Why waste the money, energy and time to form a committiee to search for and recommend a director for EMA, then turn around and ignore that same committee and their recommendation only to appoint someone else who seems to be alot less qualified?
SMOKE & MIRROWS thats why!
Pugh, Dudley, Epps and Reed voted against the recommendation of the very committee they appointed while JellyFish Martin and the other spineless members hid in the shadows and did nothing.
Whats the point?
