If there was any truth to this nonsensical claim Hillary Clinton and John Edwards would have used it to bury Obama in the primaries. If there was any way to make these accusations and still seem credible maintstream Republicans would have stood behind them.

Barack Obama is an American citizen and his ethnic background is something we should take pride in. Regardless of how you feel about his politics, his story is what the "American Dream" is all about.

First, why is it someone elses problem that you don't want to go to Iraq? Why did you sign up for the military in the first place?
I'm sure that this Taitz person did a little research on Obama first. Probably not. So if document say Hawaii, it's been in the news. What country does Taitz think Hawaii belong to?
Whatever dude. You don't like Obama. Join your crowd and vote him out in 3 years.

When even Ann Coulter and "The National Review" publicly say you're a nutcase - as they have on the Birther issue - then you are really one heck of a nutcase.

It's just another Swift Boat campaign. The Birthers don't care if there's a shred of truth or rationality to the charges, they just want to undermine the target by whatever rhetorical means they can think of.

I like how this judge was a BUSH appointee. No one can claim a liberal conspiracy now, can they? It's like I've been saying to these nuts: YOU HAVE NO CASE! YOU HAVE NO CASE! YOU HAVE NO CASE!

Get back to investigating the UFO that landed in my backyard last winter. Or find the real killer of OJ's wife, since he's in prison and can't do it anymore.

Where the POTUS is born does determine the eligibility to serve according to The Constitution.

The Constitution is largely ignored by this POTUS and is being rendered moot for both now and the future.

The current POTUS is destroying The USA with the powers of The Office.

Glad to see this. Yes kooks there are limits to what you can get by with. And a lawyer richly deserves to get nailed for this nonsense -- the US Supreme Court has already rejected this crap, and this is hardly a liberal court.

So let me get this straight...a "birther" (I just love the sarcasm of cutting down on people for their concerns whether real or not) can be fined for abuse of the courts yet absolute IDIOTS and their corrupt lawyers can sue anybody for anything?

Seems like a double standard to me. I mean you want to know why everything costs so much? It's simple, the MERE threat of a lawsuit forces companies to run for cover by charging more for nearly all things.

However, to say Obama's life is the American dream is a horribly naive view unless you think the American dream involves duping enough people to vote for you so you can populate the government with self-admitted communists, socialists, and anti-American czars. Not to mention tax-cheats and bumbling idiots.

Oh, and hey, let's just go on a world tour where we apologize to everybody for everything and so the wife can go on private shopping spree in Paris ON TAXPAYER DOLLARS.

How's the change working for you now that the economy is COMPLETELY tanked?

"Documents show the president was born in Hawaii." but it doesn't prove he was born in Hawaii. Sow and prove are two different things.

I still have a job making good money. Almost all the stores I shop at are still open. The roads are still open and full of cars and trucks, planes still flying. What country do you live in anyway?

The socialists' agenda for our courts is now clear - people who spill hot coffee on themselves can sue, people who lose their psychic powers after CAT scans can sue, once Cass Sunstein gets his way animals will sue people, but citizens cannot ask the federal courts to compel potential Manchurian candidates to prove that they meet the constitutional requirements of office. Our task is clear - regime change in 2010 and 2012.

You do realize 90% of the American people regard lawyers as scum of the earth and their opinions mean nothing? It's all hot air because you guy's all lie for your own benefit just like DA's and ADA's and police so crawl back under your rock and stick to what you know overcharging your clients for substandard representation.what a tool!!!

You're mixed up on more than just the Birther issue. Anyone who repeatedly lodges frivilous lawsuits - like the Birther cretins - can face sanctions from the court.

There was just a case in the news about some xstain talibangelical whack job repeatedly suing in the courts to enact "god's laws." He got sanctioned, too. Praiz.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aries

Christmas Eve finds you happy and eager to get the most out of the day. You're in a rather sentimental mood, so if you've got time you'll relish the chance to watch a favourite film, especially if it means you've got to get out the hankies. A friend's kindness or sensitivity will delight you - and make you wonder how you can reciprocate.
