Frankie was one of the nicest people i have ever encountered in my life and i will sorely miss her. She always had positive things to say to a person whether the mood called for laughter or sysmpathy. I remember her helping me when not to many had the will to do so in the time of need. Frankie was an inspiration to every police officer she would come across. I will miss you Lt. Frankie Deer.
